It's already a playable area in the game, one of the factions has a stronghold on the island. They showed it today on their state of the game stream. Considering there's a stronghold there I doubt they'd change it into a dark zone. Would be nice though

You need an Amazon Echo and the Alexa app on your phone. Find Division Network in the Skills and Games settings and enable it
