I just installed the new Monogram all gas 36” range in my kitchen this week. It’s a beautiful showpiece to build a kitchen around, and offers impressive functionality.
Well! To rich for my blood but as a former restauranteur who’s cooked on Wolf stoves and in Wolf ovens I can attest to their incredible performance, quality and reliability. Unless my six numbers come in I’ll continue to cook at home with General Electric cooking appliances. I’ve found them to be better than other standard brands in the mid priced field.
If you want to wait a year for a Wolf dual-fuel, have at it, but now Monogram is built in Mexico, not Louisville like it used to be. Plan ahead because Wolf’s dual-fuel ranges aren’t proven yet because they’ve just added the M-Series controls to their range. They haven’t redesigned their ranges for 20 years so the M-Series touch screen had yet to be proven.
They've been using a similar TFT on the M Series wall ovens going back to 2015 though. Monogram has always assembled their range with Mabe in Mexico. Before they came out with their own range they offered a re-badged Range made in CA by Dynamic Cooking Systems. I'm fairly certain GE still builds/assembles a lot of products in Louisville just not their pro ranges.
Weird review.... Didn't talk about the two different displays types for Monogram (7" and 2.4" LCD displays) or the brand new TrueTemp Burner Precision Cooking System

I went through this process and the reviews were so bad for wolf, I went with monogram even though I had no budget or timing constraints.
Really? Where were you finding bad reviews on the Wolf???
