Mercury retrograde has been invaluable to go back and revise the details and uncover what may have been missed, learning about the situation and talking about it with external people to get a grasp of the facts and reality. There are differences from year to year, but they are very subtle. In my opinion, that's the way life is. If you look in the mirror everyday, you look pretty much the same. But if you look back at a few years ago, you will see some differences. Same with horoscopes. If you watch the astrology regularly, they may all seem similar. If you look back, you see some changes. But they are there. The big, life-changing events in life don't really occur as often as we might like. That aside, this is how I see the differences in the years astrologically: 2020 was about ending things that weren't working for us. 2021 was about bringing some small new things into our life to replace the old so that we felt a little better. 2022 was about changing our mindset to what the new life needed to grow. 2023 was about changing our emotions and experience so we can enjoy the process. 2024 is about adapting to the experience, having more fun, and not letting other things bring us down. 2025 will be a lot about healing more emotional wounds and learning to trust ourselves again and feel safe. It is not really until 2026-2028 when we might experience the big change most people look for, which means it is not really until that time that my horoscopes might be what you want. I guess my thought is - why does being free to be yourself have to equal being alone? Why can't we allow people to be who they are (as long as they aren't hurting anyone else of course) and appreciate their presence for that? I think the aloneness is not a function of freedom and acceptance. It is a function of a LACK of freedom and acceptance. When people don't accept you for who you are (or vice versa), it is hard to exist in their space and thus you must distance yourself from them. I think there are also practical concerns too. Once we accept people for who they are (even if it is different from us), it isn't always practical to be around them all the time because the lifestyles may be different. The thought on that, too, is that once you be yourself unapologetically, it makes it easier for you to find people that are like you - and therefore form better relationships. However, there may be some sort of temporary "alone" period in between while we transition into that space. And that alone space could be very soon for a lot of people with the south node (things we need to get away from) currently in Libra (relationships) with an eclipse there very soon. And yes - the message of the horoscope is that we are trying not to care about what other people think so that we can be our authentic selves, but deep down we really do care - and that it is hard to exist in that space practically. So I feel you!

I think the aloneness is not a function of freedom and acceptance. It is a function of a LACK of freedom and acceptance. When people don't accept you for who you are (or vice versa), it is hard to exist in their space and thus you must distance yourself from them. I think there are also practical concerns too. Once we accept people for who they are (even if it is different from us), it isn't always practical to be around them all the time because the lifestyles may be different. The thought on that, too, is that once you be yourself unapologetically, it makes it easier for you to find people that are like you - and therefore form better relationships. However, there may be some sort of temporary "alone" period in between while we transition into that space. And that alone space could be very soon for a lot of people with the south node (things we need to get away from) currently in Libra (relationships) with an eclipse there very soon. And yes - the message of the horoscope is that we are trying not to care about what other people think so that we can be our authentic selves, but deep down we really do care - and that it is hard to exist in that space practically.
