@@commanderdemonno9819 This is why "spinbot" (aka antiaim) exists. The whole point is to avoid getting hit by other ragers, so you make your head behind cover. Looking down is better than zero pitch or up pitch, because your head protruded more in one direction, and you face that direction towards the wall. If you're fairly talented in csgo, you can just look down and behind you while peeking a bad rager who's scouting or awping, and they'll probably miss.
All those years of MVM has trained us for this very cause.

Valve: I'm about to do what's called a pro gamer move.
A few days ago, my team and I started to face 2 hackerbots in the enemy team on a casual payload match. One person in the enemy team voted to kick those bots, but the others, instead of voting in favor of the kick, just decided to not kick them and basically abused the fact there were hackers in their team to destroy us. It went out of control and they ended up having 5 hacker bots in their team. We decided not to give them what they wanted, and we decided to peacefully protest by staying in spawn, taunting, having fun, while they had very few to no players to kill at all.
Eventually when we decided to leave spawn, we managed to win 3 games in a row against those aimbots by using strategies and weapon combinations, we even had our own sniper taking care of the bots.
After all, you can't download skill!

For scout, I’m surprised you didn’t use Bonk, as bots don’t see you as invincible and still shoot at you like normal, making for an almost perfect distraction.
Wrong, this is not necessarily true. While a badly coded cheat with limited features or a poor resolver would just shoot the invincible scout, a proper cheat would simply ignore the scout because it's a waste of time. It is still useful though, because while they can't hit you, they also can't stop you. If you're really fast, you can play objective before they catch up.

Bonk then using taunt kills on bots. The bonk isn't detected by any bots that are around rn. (I've only encountered 1 hacker that had aimbot against bonk on.)
I remember seeing an influx of aimbot in an uberupgrades server that I frequent, let's say it didn't go well for any of them
The admins didnt even bother banning them since the aimboters didn't have a clue of how the mod and upgrades work

A demoman going faster then a scout who seemingly can teleport across the map in an instant, detonator helipyros, a cumming scout, airstike soldiers with slow rockets that they can aim mid-flight... it happens all the time

Scout can be very effective against a bad aimbot, with a bfb with full boost and the bonk you can outrun their aim most of the time, once I got a hacker to leave because I started to dominate him with thid method

nut jar, you can get all the health back from any unscoped shots if u hit em once with something
I'm a bit sad he didn't mention this. I've found decent success in picking off bots per bonk. Since they aren't like humans, they won't back off and some even straight up ignore you (I guess they know you're invincible) so you can get right up close to them, and the moment bonk wears off, hit them with a full soda popper barrel.
@@StickmanHatena Yeah i fond out this strategy on my first time dealing with bots 1 on 1 and i find it one of the best ways to deal with bots, weird he didn't mention it in the video.
There are certain scripts that ignore Bonk, but a baby face's can outrun his hit box at max speed, granted he doesn't get hit once with a pistol. Since a aimbotter locks on to the Visual head and not the head hitbox, it'll be fun for the scout and not the gibus and pyrovision aimbotter.

I love how Sniper's counters/ weaknesses are reversed when using an aimbot.
It’s called hybrid knight: I noticed that aimbots normally don’t shoot unless they are on full charge.
If you can aim, just dump them pills at them and if you run out, you cut them

Then it would also be a good idea to change shields to tide turner because running in a straight line is about the worst thing you can do to counter a sniper.

I remember I was playing a match control points, every slot in the enemy team were aimbot snipers except one soldier.
My team was get spawn camped pretty hard not even heavys could do anything. I was about to leave but then I remembered bonk exists. It took me a few tries but I got out safely got to the last control point with about a minute left we were rolling the enemy originally and had 11 minutes. So I managed to win against a bunch of bots.
That’s not something just anyone can pull off. Good job man!

For Scout, I would use the:
Soda Popper and Atomizer for mobility
And a Bonk to ignore damage
Maybe throw in a Bonk -> Atomizer tauntkill to take out the bot

I mean, this can't really be countered. The tf2 hvh meta had stayed the same for years, so I doubt it'll change now. Soldier would be effective against a lot more classes, but the problem is that projectile aimbot is rather difficult to develop, especially a good one. Exilelord made one as a hobby, not intended to be released, but seems to work rather well. So until projectile aimbot progresses in development, everything should stay the same.
You could possibly take them head-on if AND ONLY IF:
1. You are a Medic and have an Übercharge ready.
2. You are any one of the other eight classes, but are paired with option one.
3. You are a Spy and are disguised as a Heavy. Heavy is taller than Spy, so the bots will aim right above your head.
4. You are a Scout and chug a whole can of Bonk, but the effects only last a few seconds, so you will have to act fast.
5. You are a Demoknight.
6. You are an Engineer and are hiding behind one of each building.

Pyro is actually pretty good against bots if you can predict them. They tend to have a harder time getting headshots from the flinching from afterburn. You can use the scorch shot to hit a wall that is next to a corner that the bot is about to turn, and you can spray the flamethrower around corners to deal decent damage and make it harder for the bots to headshot. Bots usually seem to use the cozy camper, so they are usually affected by afterburn.
Scout should be higher (behind soldier), he has amazing utility against bots, use the boston basher to farm uber at max and gain ubercharge from vac. way more quicker. Then go bonk to tank the headshots and potentially kill taunt kill them with sandman or atomizer while under bonk.
Or use force of nature to one-shot if u can
I'm 99% sure they wait for your bonk to run out and shoot u instantly so its not that helpful, and building uber with the basher isnt that much better than shooting yourself as soldier/demo.
I’m pretty sure you can’t kill taunt with a Boston Basher, unless obviously if you change weapons after gaining full uber lul

scout is one of the best at countering the bots in my experience. the aimbot they have is very inconsistent, and they seem to prioritize shooting other classes.

Medics don't care about me, and I play Pyro aggressively, so dispensers aren't an option either.
More health pack health is excellent. Not a minor increase, but +75%. That makes even the *Small* health kit a half-heal.

Hey ace, for the scout, i've seen that bonk can be good for getting through sightlines without getting shot a lot.
And something that shoots fast and for the melee i'd use the fan of war

For scout i suggest the bonk and the atomizer. The bonk allows you to eat headshots and the atomizer has a taunt kill to kill the bots whil under bonk. You see, bots either dont move or can be bodyblocked really easily making those tank kills easy to hit. For primary, i dont know, none will help you but I guess the force a nature or soda popper for the extra mobility

engi is a good choice. teleporters get your dead teammates back to the front lines faster, and your sentries cant be headshot.
for scout, i would also reccommend the shortstop over the soda popper, and maybe the bonk over the winger. a little more range can help out alot, and the bonk can help you get into the back lines faster.

I was once stuck with maybe 4 other people in a 5AM payload lobby full of bots and we found that the Vacc+Heavy, Engineer and Demoman were the optimal classes to fight 8+ aimbot snipers all pushing the cart, since Demoman can deal damage without exposing their heads and Engineers can set up a sentry nest at a corner, keep their heads down and keep repairing sentries. The aimbots don't deal enough DPS to out damage the repair rate of an Engie, although of course the Jag is the most effective.
This is probably just for Payload, though

Scout is actually the best option for hauling a medic out of a bad situation with haste, since the medic matches his speed when healing him.
Honestly, as someone who's new to Deep Rock and interested in Grip, I really wanna see those! Maybe even favorite cars in Grip? Favorite loadouts for DRG?
One thing I noticed about the bots are that if they get knocked back it takes them a moment for the aimbot to re-adjust which is just enough time for you to fire another rocket, grenade, or flare to finish them off. In all honesty all the bots have really done have increased my reaction speed. They are the only reason why I love using the direct hit now.
Something that every class have in common and is super effective against all kinds of cheaters; from bots, script kiddies and straight up edgy people with a desire of attention:
*The "Vote Kick" option"*
Really people, as soon as you see a bot joining your team *READ* his user name and look at his profile picture (since some bots change names, copying usernames from other people in your team/server) before pressing F1 by instinct, then vote kick. If the bot has stealed the name of someone ask that someone to made the vote himself to evade kicking a bystander that just wanted to have fun and give a few seconds so, if you are kicking the wrong person he can have a bit yo write in chat "That's me not bot".
And to the other team, calling out the bot yourselves is nice and all but, then again, while they're at it try to not kill people AFK that is trying to vote or made the vote themselves and stop pushing the cart/capturing the point/pushing them all the way to spawn an denying their hard work until the bot arrived.
It makes all the process more fast and easier. TF2 it's in a bad state right now and Valve it's not doing a lot, then let's be us trying to keep this the best place that we can. Hopefully we are going to have the update we need soon

Votekick is all well and good until they have bots that automatically vote "no" (or scumbags who refuse to vote yes) and prevent the offending party from getting booted off. Or they just join right back in using one of their 1892374820 alternative accounts, even if you near-unanimously kick them off (which, God bless, most TF2 players are willing to kick if you inform them)

for pyro, you use stock flame thrower, flare gun and volcano fragment. flamethrower gives more airblasts to support your team and push back bots from around corners, flare guns are good for either badly damaging the bots or outright killing them, and the volcano fragment, if needed to fight bots up close, does a little extra damage even after you would die.
I would absolutely LOVE to see you do some "top x" vids about DRG. If you do top overclocks though, you should do top 16, so it's your favourite OC on each of the 4 weapons on each of the 4 classes.

some good reccomendations but i would personally move sniper up to either before or right after heavy, since often the range is so long no other class can consistently kill enemy aimbotters quick enough. a decent pocket sniper can survive headshots and take them out fast.
I use the Direct Hit and the Panic Attack for hackers, the fact that you can one shot them before they even see you is amazing

Tips for fighting them.
First, before you fight your enemy you need to know your enemy,
They spin around,
They spam chat (for some reason not on 2fort)
They always get heads.
They ALWAYS go sniper.
Now you know your enemy you need to fight them with there weaknesses.
Only 1 that works good is go behind walls and surprise kill them or stealth kill them.
(DONT DISGUISE THEY WILL GET MAD AND WILL GET OTHER BOTS TO GO MEDIC AND BODYGUARD THEM)

Normally, I'd agree, but by now, there is no place to leave to. They're everywhere.
Also, 90% of the games I'm in, they're kicked in less than 20 seconds and I get MAYBE killed once by them, if I'm unlucky. You can tell people got used to it, and they're calling votes or pressing F1 within seconds.

2nd Demoman load out: on koth, use the sticky bomb launcher, Scottish Resistance is ok or Quicky Bomb Launcher, spam a bunch of stickies at the point, wait for the to start capturing the point. And the kaboom dem. I did this one time when I first met tf2 bots and it worked!
How to prevent bots from moving forward: I've tested this multiple times and surprisingly enough it worked many times. Place a lv 3 or a mini sentry in range of the point and the bot will identify: There's a sentry on the point. Is the range of the sentry able to touch me (the bot) at all angles? If Yes, remain behind the lines until the team destroys it. If No, move on forward without getting into the sentries sight. I hope these 2 paragraphs get a bunch of attention to prevent bots from ruining our life of tf2. Let's try to make 2021 worth it for tf2.
P.S. don't help enemy bots on your team. And becareful, some bots will try to have the same name as you, so vote the bot put that doesn't has a different image than the player.

Depends on how you interpret that question, Owen Hunt. In game, I manage to quintuple kill some bots with my iron bomber and didn’t even had crits nor a medic on me. If not in game, well that’s something I can arrange.
Engineers Sentrys are pretty good at blocking pathways because most bots will not move into the line of a sentrys fire, but it's more for defensive then offensive

Well on pay load defense demos sticky bombs, work wonders, especially on chockey areas, last on such upward were you can safely spam stickies from up top.
When you queue up for casual but get into MvM
If you really want to do scout against aimbots try bonk! Atomic punch to close the distance if there is a no man's land on the map. You can usually run through no man's land and shotgun them away. I have mainly done this on upward with also the force of nature because I've noticed they like to camp at the edges, so you just get close and knock them off.

For Scout I'd suggest a different build than what you said.
Soda Pop, same as yours.
Atomic Punch. Try to take hits for the team while closing the gap.
Either the Basher or Fan.
Basher applies bleed. Same tactic as Shiv. Fan because you're doomed here, at least maybe your team can capitalize off your hit.
If you're brave enough to play Scout against a bot, you must accept your fate and try to eat up as much of the Bots time as possible.
I’ve got a nice Scout loadout.
It’s called bonk taunt kill scout. Drink Bonk! Atomic punch! And have a taunt kill bat ready. Then, walk up to a bot sniper, and taunt kill. Try and get them as close to a wall, too. So that if they move, they probably won’t get too far out of taunt kill range.
As a Pyro, I tend to enjoy using the flare Gun against bots since heavies and sniper slow down when aiming or revving and move in a predictable pattern. For snipers you can hit one flare, survive the quick scope, and crit with the second flare. For heavy, you always want to be at range since the minigun will be less effective and they’ll be unable to prevent you from doing 90 burst damage at range per flare. Scorch shot is arguably better for CC as the flare gun has problems when dealing with groups, but if you’re just dealing with one bot at a time and they aren’t over healed then the flare gun is a good pick.
I'd honestly think Bonk might be the best choice for Scout, possibly using his invincibility as a way to shield his allies as they gang up on the bot, or maybe the bot is focused on scout since he is the closest target so your team can help when the bot is distracted. I don't know how exactly how the bots work but I love to see that somehow Demoknight is a Demoman's best option to combat a sniper bot
I noticed recently that when junping directly over a sniper as scout causes them to miss, so you take agro but wont get killed so your team can finish it off

I (sadly) can only play "The Orange Box" Team fortress 2. But when I can use steam this will help a lot.
Against bots I like to use bonk if I play a scout, it normally distracts the bots the way a sentry gets distracted with it and allows for the rest of the team to do kill them.
Bot will actually ignore a bonk scout so it will not always work.
Recently I’ve noticed that the bot problem is getting much better with most teams kicking the bot before they can join
Scout is pretty good, because if you use the Baby Faces Blaster and strafe at the right time you actually dodge the bullet. However, it’s risky and hard to pull off in certain situations. And also, Spy never works.

if you are being hunted by 1 bot, I suggest to try and get as close as you can. And, either before or after they fire, take them down as quick as you can before dying to them. (I always choose pyro but anyone with explosions and/or can also work).
If there are multiple and they are camping you, find or become a medic, wait for an ubercharge, find a soldier or a Heavy (maybe someone else that can take out players in seconds), and pray that they don't aim for you nor kill your partner.
As long as you are careful, you can probably kill them.
2 years late on this but the powerjack isn't the best option. pyro can tank a single quickscope with their 175 health, but if they have the powerjack out, that damage vulnerability makes a headshot do 180 damage, and without overheal you'll be dead instantly

I am SO glad that this is (currently) no longer needed as a video topic.
It has served it purpose, and has done well. Here’s to not having to rewatch this again not because it’s bad, but because it’s forced to be required. We’ve gone 1 month without any bots, and here’s to many more botless years of playing TF2
