for anyone who doesnt know.. this bodybuilding style of lifting, slow and focused eccentrics, pauses, heavy focus on contractions.. is SUPER difficult. Its much harder than just going in and benching the 100s. when the sole focus is contractions and mind muscle connection its infinitely more difficult. so the fact nick is doing impeccable reps with such weight just shows you his level of pro and his talent for the sport

Easy reference; 2.2lb per 1kg. So just double the kg to give you an estimated lb number. Eg, 80kg is roughly 160lb (actual is 176lbs) but it's easier to know where you are if you don't know how to do a quick conversion.
