Fine, skip second gear. You're still going to have problems putting the full power down if you are not in the right gear. You lose out on power out of the turns if you are geared too high, slowing down your acceleration. Geared too low on the straights and you lose out on the top speed you could have had. It doesn't matter that the car has power to compensate, you're still losing potential if you are not consistent with your shifts.
Why are so many people in the comments trying to explain he uses the wrong gears or needs better throttle control? He is driving a 1500 HP RWD Supra with a keyboard to challenge himself. If you enter a corner in second gear and tab the throttle it spins out immediately even if you feather it.

Theres a video out there if a supra on nurburg battling and passing supercars, think hes the fastest supra on that track running about 600hp.... Living Life Fast 1 of the channels did a feature on the poised beast! So games can often immitate real life 😉

Bought 2 Supras, one slower one and another with 1600+ hp. I'm damn good at suspension tuning but this thing has been rough... I am getting mine to corner harder and be more reactive but it's more challenging than most other cars in the game, even with AWD conversion
Low camber, and you can use 6 of caster, although 5.5 should work fine. Also Softer springs, softer roll bars, almost tune it to understeer. Dont use the 100/0 - 100/0 template and go for like a 50/0 - 100/70 with 70 to 80 to rear and you would get a decent amount of grip and cornering. However, is still very hard to drive, but its fun
If you think its bad try out Formula Drift Viper with over 2000nm in S2, it is even worse because it has no downforce and it can spin its tires for no reason. But there is no vehicle more fun to win with, when you get 1st place in it you will feel so rewarded lol. Ryu Makkuro aka Daddy Viper made decent tune for it.

Bought 2 Supras, one slower one and another with 1600+ hp. I'm damn good at suspension tuning but this thing has been rough... I am getting mine to corner harder and be more reactive but it's more challenging than most other cars in the game, even with AWD conversion

Low camber, and you can use 6 of caster, although 5.5 should work fine. Also Softer springs, softer roll bars, almost tune it to understeer. Dont use the 100/0 - 100/0 template and go for like a 50/0 - 100/70 with 70 to 80 to rear and you would get a decent amount of grip and cornering.
