Hi Pasquale...notice many of your videos appear VERY narrow like this tune one as opposed to the full screen video. Wide screen is so much better for viewing. Also, many times you are not close enough to the microphone so consequently it is a strain to hear you. So much better with microphone attached to you. Love your cooking!
