One of my favorites is Yellowtail Shiraz. I tried a reserve version Many years ago and ended up using some of it to marinate and cook a Pork Tenderloin. Lots of Fresh Herbs Too. It Was So Delicious 😋!!!
Monkey dish came from the parades yrs ago a monkey would be on the music grinder man’s shoulder ok? A small dish for the monkee to hold out.The monkey would hold the dish out for coins or peanut while the music grinder man would play. Music grinder it looked like a small accordion. Great recipe yum yum
Thank you! I worked in a Jersey diner for years and we always called them monkey dishes. I still do and people ask me why. I just shrug and say, "Jersey diner!" NOW I can explain myself better. 🤣
He is drinking a White Wine tonight, first time I have seen him drink a White Wine. I am more into Dry Red Wines. Any Wine recommendations especially for cooking with food?
