- Raashi Khanna is an Indian actress and model who predominantly works in the Telugu film industry. She debuted as an actress with the Hindi film Madras Cafe and made her debut in Telugu with the successful Oohalu Gusagusalade (2014).

Followed by 6 almonds
Breakfast 8am - Egg whites, poha or upma
1 teaspoon of ghee everyday in the morning(eat good fat to burn fat)
11am-buttermilk
Afternoon lunch around 1:30-2pm protein like chicken or fish + lots of vegetables or anything mom cooks like channa
4:00-4:30pm - bowl of fruit
Post gym- protein shake, 4 glasses of water, banana
8pm Dinner- roti dal sabzi

I barely comment but I had to because every word that this girl is saying is true! I am on a weight loss journey and I used to be overweight and I followed everything what she said and it truly works. The main thing in weight loss in portion size. Its not the carbs or the fats! Reduce the portion size and don't give up on carbs.

@@vikrant4666 Then your home servant was lucky. But the truth is eating that much oil is not good for you, it causes high cholestrol which could lead to heart attacks. Your home servant could have had an excellent heart by genetics or by whatever physical activity he did but many others don't. It is important to protect yourself and eat healthy.

Its true that if you don't take fat you will not burn fat.Only problem is, then why she is avoiding egg yolks ie full of good natural fat and nutrients and taking only whites in morning,Instead of egg whites, if she takes egg yolk it will be a better option, or she can take full egg.
Becoz egg yolk contains cholestrol...which is not at all good for people who want to maintain weight....I too eat only whites of eggs...😀😀😁
