I just finished listening to this book about 5 minutes ago and I believe it is the absolutely perfect combination of an incredibly charming story performed by an immensely talented actor. J.K. Simmons once again hits one out of the park.

I was wondering how to pronounce it. I’ve heard it about 5 different ways, but I’m assuming this is the correct way.
It is as close as en english speaker would get. JK uses U more than O.
O in swedish is closer to the double O in english rather than the standard O.
The prononciation of the double O n eglish however is further back in the mouth as opposed to the swedish O that sits in the front.
I think the OO in the word "Cool" is the best point of refenrence for how the O in Ove should be pronounced.
Can Mr Simmons please not whisper.
