Greetings Brittany. Glad to see back in action in Canada, and Thanks for the keeping us updated. Your cat must be very happy to see you, and the cat is super beautiful. Hope your job is going well. All the very best...!! How is the safety in Calgary when walking ?
Thanks Terry! It sure is good to be home. Walking around here is okay, some very aggressive homeless people unfortunately so I am always on alert but thankfully it's a busy city so there's always people around. It's sad to see how bad the homelessness situation has gotten here though!
I am in Calgary on vacation right now! Tomorrow I’m leaving 😢 but I had such an incredible time. 2 days in Banff/icefields parkway and 2 days in the city. The Rocky Mountains were incredible and this city is great. I wish I had more time. I’m already getting ideas for my next trip to Canada 🇨🇦🇺🇸
Hey Brittany, glad to know U are still doing the videos. Now I visited Calgary in 1978 (yes 46 years ago) & I thought what a cowboy town - how things change. I stayed at the local YHA & then bussed to Lake Louise for coffee & then remember staying @ Mosquito Creek YHA. hitchhiked back to Calgary then flew to Winnepeg, where I remember I bought a shirt @ the Hudson Bay dept store. (Yawn) x
What an adventure!! Calgary has definitely grown and is turning into a more "worldly" city for sure. I am itching to get back into the mountains, hopefully soon 😀
I rember staying on Calgary for a couple of days ten years ago, ot was a big city to me then, amd there was what i thought a short drive to the coal mines in the rockies. Big scree slopes there and a big green truck.
@@Speedi-tm5dm pretty bad. It's hard to find any place without roommates under $2,000/mo. I'm renting a 1 bedroom for $1,750/mo including parking downtown and it was the only place under $2K that I looked at!
Thanks for showing us around your home Brittany. It's a nice city🙂 It seems surprisingly quiet.
@@modfus thanks! It's been more busy here than it used to be but definitely feels quiet for a city if 1.6 million! It's perfect 😊
We are happy you are enjoying to be back home❤

@@brittanymorgan09 I totally agree with you that the homelessness has skyrocketed everywhere in Canada due to high cost of living.

What is rental cost like since you guys are back home?

What is the difference between living in Calgary and Ottawa?
Ottawa is much smaller, higher taxes and the summers are unbearably hot and humid. Pay is generally lower as well. I hated living there!
Hi brit how are you?
Hello friend! I am well, adjusting to life back in Canada. Lots of change but I'm really optimistic for the future ☺️
Good luck brit , from your admirer , wish you happiness and loads of luck . ❤you @@brittanymorgan09
