Should these exercises be done in this exact order or can they be done in any order? Like do any of the early exercises loosen you up to make the later exercises easier?
Great thought and concept but it really is not realistic for many seniors me included. I I asked my senior friends if you were to kneel with one leg as described none of us would ever be able to get up lol

That’s why I showed a standing option too:)
Lots of elderly people cant kneel any more, especially as I seeyou kneeling on one knee.
That’s why I have a version of that exercise standing in the video:)
