At one one time I use to play George in a beatle band years ago, you really learn to appreciate what George did on guitar. I never was really impressed with beatle tribute bands, but these guys got something special going on with their chemistry. These guys are the best I've seen and heard to date.

These fellas are simply the best. Vocals, harmonies, music, mannerisms and outfits are spot on. Their talent shows on EVERY song they perform.

I don't know if it's my old age or what?..But I'm finally able to hear Ardy's bass much clearer on ' Run For Your Life ', compare to most of the other songs. lol. Love the fab four..

They never sang Run for your life on stage. Interesting! I love the song. That song was George's favorite on Rubber Soul even though John hated it.
First time I heard 'I need you', it was on the 'LOVE SONGS' album

Gavin seemed a little unsure of himself with the lead on "Run For Your Life"---but they don't play that tune often. Gavin's the greatest. Gotta look up their schedule and SEE these guys!!

They play other Beatles songs (album tracks and 'b' sides) which other tribute bands don't normally play. I'd love to see them if they ever do a UK tour.

During "I Need You", what kind of pedal was Gavin hitting? I'm guessing stereo volume.

Volume pedal. The wavering sound of the guitar depends on it.
George used a volume pedal on the original recording, so I would imagine that's what he's using.

No he left the band to pursue other interests/ carreers a few years ago now. Joe Bologna is the new full time Fab Four drummer since a few years ago.

@@ryangosling627 semi retired, also running some of the band's business and other of the band's behind the scenes work. He does still come out and perform occasionally too..just not touring full time anymore in order to spend time with his family he said when announcing his retirement

Every other Beatles tribute band pales in comparison to the Fab Four. These guys are the most authentic. Them Beatles, A Hard Day's Night, 1964, Rain, Bootleg Beatles...not even close. Mostly chubby guys in their 50's with bad wigs...
Rain isn't bad. But nobody can touch these guys!
