- here is part 2 of 3 apologies we covered that many lanes i couldn't fit them all in one video some great lanes in this one from start to finish a great loop out from Llangollen and back thanks for watching 👍
wow that looks like fun!!
Great day out 👍Thanks for watching 👍
I now spotted the mix between standing and sitting. Well done.
The camera is attached to the chin piece of my helmet so when its low behind the screen/dash im sitting otherwise standing the best position is standing for balance etc but the odd occasion when more grip is needed to either sit down or throw weight rearward over the back wheel both similar positions. Thanks for watching 👍
Well you pushed them to the absolute limits on those lanes. Can’t beat a bit of a work-out. 😉👍
All good fun we knew it was potentially goin to be a tough day when we had to wait for the ice to thaw a bit before hitting certain trails thanks for watching 👍
Those mirrors are tucked away nicely, any good? Respect for hussling those big bikes round👍
Cheers nick appreciate that 👍 and thanks for watching. Yea ive been really impressed with these specially for the price think i only paid £5 for them off amazon bicycle mirrors they come under a search 👍
Riding strong on that mud brother !
keep it up !
Cheers mate thanks for watching 👍
Wow the technique to stay in a wet muddy rut endlessly is superb. What practice advice can you give to me to aim at that skill?
Not sure which part you are referring to as most of it was wet and muddy but beat thing you could do for off roading is balance techniques and practice. Thanks for watching 👍
@@ads_rides Are you referring to static balancing on the bike or very very slow manouevrering exercises or both in mix? I tend to go the Chris Birch way, 'say no to slow'. Perhaps it should follow later. 🤔🤔🤔
@kokkiematematika1931 🤣 we would all like to be like birchy but in my opinion i feel static and slow speed manoeuvres ar core skills for off road then i think the speed will come alot easier as youve got the confidence in your balance etc just my take on it im no expert by any means 👍
And it’s very impressive that the front end doesn’t wash out. A good bike, ridden extremely well.
Looks hardwork 😁
It was a slippy one but great fun though 👍
That was a thoroughly enjoyable watch, you both did well on those big bikes! Is this part of the tet route? Is thrre any chance of posting where exactly these lanes were?? Would love to come up and do those?
Cheers mate 👍 thanks for watching glad you enjoyed it 👍 of course mate i can send you the route if you drop me a message on fb or Instagram or send me your email on dm
@ads_rides unfortunately I'm one of those non fb or instant users...bit of a 54yr old techno phone not sure how to dm u without sharing my email to the world!😂
@davidhyde2267 i dont suppose you use os maps?if you do you can look for my route on location it starts from froncysyllte on the A5 its called Llangollen loop 👍
@@ads_rides brilliant!, that i can do! Thank you!
Nice!
Thanks for watching 👍
I do not want to guy neither can I see. Were you standing or sitting or mixed??
Some of that is impressive on the big bikes but when those heavy powerful bikes get stuck they chew the lanes up quite a bit.
No worse than enduro bike's or the rain. The rain has caused more damage than any bike in the last month or so thanks for watching 👍
I agree, there’s no problem. Tyre pattern is more relevant to whether tracks cut up, but they recover. Plus, let’s be fair, a v v small % of tracks are permitted for bikes, I think it’s something like 600km in the U.K., whereas there are 800,000 km of footpaths. It’s all relative.
No all the bikes Chew the lanes when wet take me hat of to these lads tough going on big bikes makes it more satisfying doing it on them rather than full blown enduros an bikes that enjoy doing the road an distance between lanes 👍
If the Tenere was on standard tyres, then that was exceptional.
Both bikes come with pretty much road tyres standard would of been ok in the dry but not wet like today we both got better tyres on 👍 thabks for watching
Where in the uk are these lanes ? They look great
North wales 👍 thanks for watching

Great riding, nice lanes. The Tuareg is getting some great reviews at the moment. I hate to be 'that guy' but what tyres are you running ?
