That’s a real mans hands. Dirty cut up etc.... tired of all these people showing products with office type hands, honest review by real men. 👍

Plumber Goop worked repairing an old pair of blue jeans. Used it on denim patches. Been through the wash with no problems.

I have been using Goop for years. I highly recommend it. It does almost everything any other glue does and more. I've even used to seal a plastic Gas tank on a motorized scooter. Nothing else I tried would even stick that plastic. I was surprised that it worked.

I thought gas would eat it up for sure?

The fuel tank in question had a small crack in it. At first I tried "J-B Weld," but that wouldn't even stick to the flexible plastic. I then applied multiple thin layers of "Goop" until I felt it was thick enough to seal. I can't be sure if the repair lasted beyond a few weeks because I sold the scooter. But nothing else I tried would even stick to the plastic. I think it would be easy enough to test, by taking a sample of the glue and after curing, putting it in some gas to see if it softened. But like I said, it did last for at least two weeks. Short of that, with a Leakey tank, the scooter was unusable.

      Is it waterproof

    • @sdouglasmcconnell870

I think that's one of it's main uses. Though I don't think it's meant to be submerged continuously. There is Automotive, Household, and Shoe Goop. The Shoe Goop is advertised as a waterproofer for shoes and cloth. I have a doodad on my front porch that has been exposed to rain, wind, and sun, for over 5 years, and it's still holding glass to brass.

Do you think this would work on silicone? I know silicone only sticks to silicone but thought maybe because it can be used in aquariums and flexible that perhaps it can bond to silicone ?

I want to attach some aftermarket chrome trim to the lower plastic fog light housing. I am thinking about using 3M tape. Will this goop be better if I want it permanently stick? However, I don't know the quality of this aftermarket chrome plated trim so I might need to remove it.

You should consider music that isn't techno, the video would be easier to watch

All formulas should be UV resistant. Then it would be universal, only difference should be color. I've used this stuff for 30 years.

Your unedited videos are wonderful. However, the music is extremely distracting and hurtful to my ears. I listen as I work with headphones and relish the natural sounds of nature.

So because it worked on what has to be the most simple glue and seal job I have ever seen (there isn't a glue in existense that couldn't have handled that)... It will work on a radiator? Or you know it will because it has.. Because that's a big leap..... But then again you quote scripture... So nevermind.

You’re welcome for the free video friend. Are use it for many things. As a Christian I was taught tolerance, tolerance to people that don’t believe Like me. Doesn’t sound like you were taught much tolerance.

I don't even know how this product has survived. It's horrible and pointless. Adhesive strength and longevity is awful, terrible to apply, and it makes a bloody mess.

I've had the absolute opposite experience, adhesives to almost anything, and last virtually forever. I didn't find it very messy at all. : ) thanks for watching and your input Jason.

I don't know what you advocate using but let me know whats better because goop outperforms gorilla glue, any liquid nail variation ,even 3M.. so are you not using it properly or what ??

Check the expiry date this can change the consistency and the ability to glue items.
