Yep, that's a CFM56. Whaaaaaar. Love flying in the 737-800. You feel and hear everything. And they are the most reliable large capacity aircraft ever made.
This is by far one of the best videos I've seen, I love the picture in picture effect showing take-off from inside as well as outside even though they were taken at different times, well done. Looking forward to see more like this one.
I flew from Las Vegas to Oakland on a new Southwest 737-800. I felt like I was on the safest plane in the world. It was very nice, powerful, and quiet. Very nice video!
I like when the engines "roar to life"...at start-up. It remind me of a powerful animal being woken and beginning to think about hunting for food. Then the roar at takeoff thrust is "pursuing its prey." Maybe a bear, lion, tiger, or cheetah.
Fairly new to your channel but I am always scrolling through your videos watching the best! I think the outside view was a great idea. Brilliant video all around and hope to see more!
It seemed they were going to tow the airplane backward all the way to the other end of the airport, LOL. ...Always good to see your fine videos. Thanks for posting.
Shots outside were of a different plane but the same airline? Perhaps taken the day before? The plane that was in the outside shot appeared to be taking off on a wet runway.
full power is rarely used on takeoff for various reasons...fuel burn, saving the engines, noise abatement etc. Often more power is added after take off when out of noise abatement areas and engine efficiency. "Readers Digest" version. hope that helps
+TheLoneMinecrafter the key is * Almost Always * So once again, following Chris Hs ( my old UA-cam account ) statement.. There are NEVER 2 same take offs. Source - Advanced Aerospace Degree, Flight School, over 15 years Flight Sim Experience, Frequent Flyer, 90% of my family was/is in Aviation.
Were you using the same camera as your 787 departure from Stockholm Arlanda? If yes, then I can definitely tell the difference of noise levels of the 2 aircrafts.
On every upload you do, you should inform us when it is, where it is. And then we could track the flight on flightradar24, i'm not nosey or anything! XD
No actually Harry Mallory flights towards india/pakistan/UAE and stuff make a sharp right turn for the east on takeoff and flights bound for China/Hong Kong etc. make a turn for the west.
Dumping fuel on full thrust and climb... What sense would that make? it`s neither fuel dump or "conslation". The effect is called Vortex and results from pressure differences & moisture around the wing.
Cl4rendon I guess he assumed that because the fuel dump looks similar to the wake turbulence vortex effect near the wingtips except it appears in a narrow vapor like trail. You are correct though I don't know why he'd think they'd dump fuel right above the runway. That'd be unsafe!
David Zhang here is no real "set" setting for takeoff, climb etc. It is ALWAYS different. Factors are weight, weather, location, air traffic, fuel, etc. Like VarykGerai said.. Many factors as to why thrust was not a set and go deal in the video.
Nice vid! I LIKED AND OF COURSE SUBCRIBED! you know what i would do if i would be you with 2 views? I would have someone filming outside in the same time as you would be inside...well i am not actully sure if that works Nice persbective from the inside you were lucky to hear that roar actully. ;)
The air passing over the wings is accelerated by the shape of the wing, as compared to the air below it. Whenever you increase the velocity of a fluid (air is a fluid), you decrease the pressure and also decrease the temperature. What you are seeing is water vapor in the air condensing as the temperature of that air drops below the dew point.
The whole modern world and all the squids who fly around the world on jet aircraft...have the good ol' U.S.A to thank for inventing modern jet travel. Gee...the U.S.A. also invented hundreds of other "modern conveniences enjoyed by the rest of the world"...oh...did I mention the automobile?
+warpathcucucu Well...fuck you and your troublesome, expensive, and unreliable German and British cars. I can just imagine what a pathetic puke you are. Jump back into your dumpster and close the lid.
Nothing better than the norwegian roar 🇧🇻🇬🇧

Awesome engine sound! That`s the way to start a day in the office.
Brand new aircraft , it is glittering. Like the roar of this narrow body. Thx for posting.
I liked the take off being filmed from 2 areas.
I flew from Las Vegas to Oakland on a new Southwest 737-800. I felt like I was on the safest plane in the world. It was very nice, powerful, and quiet. Very nice video!
gotta love the 737 800
LN-DYA was the Norwegian aircraft with Erik Bye livery😊
I like when the engines "roar to life"...at start-up. It remind me of a powerful animal being woken and beginning to think about hunting for food. Then the roar at takeoff thrust is "pursuing its prey." Maybe a bear, lion, tiger, or cheetah.
Fantastic, as always! I also love the engine startups!
it's unfortunate that you got a Norwegian 737 with the classic interior
I went on a norwegian 737 sky interior which was amazing
that time i don't think it existed
Loved the split view as you were taking off, very nice.
EXCELLENT!!! I love the video in video. Never seen that done before!! Well done!
I was seating just like that on a 737-800 to Brussels a year ago...This plane is a flying combat Tank :D
I always enjoy your videos, keep it up :)
Awesome vid man, it was awesome. Takeoff + Boeing 737 = awesome
AWESOME!!! VERY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! SOUND IS GREAT, VIEW IS GREAT, everything is great!!!!!!!! Very nice!!!
right during takeoff old jet engines sound like almost exploding. This new generation of jet engines make a takeoff totally relaxed
Some great editing. Really enjoyed this. Thank You for sharing 5*
Nice video AWESOME TAKEOFF!!!✈✈✈✈✈✈✈👍👍👍
Great stuff from Dantorp as usual.
Great! Looking forward to more long- haul flight reviews
Awesome I love these beautiful flying machines
Boeing 737 - 800 - legend !
Love the dual view
Super Beautiful Video. Love the PIP concept :))

Yeah. I thought the same thing. Seemed as if it was being pushed back for like eternity.
Brilliant Video Mate! I am flying on a Norwegian 738 soon flying in Seat 6A! Now I know what to expect :)
Wow. Beautiful takeoff.
Beautiful, thank you!
Very nice!!! My iPhone filters all the good roar sound if I'm filming in the aircraft.
Hey, its a world class BOEING , of course its going to be good.
Terrific! It's awesome to see wing view and outside perspective at the same time. How did you receive the shots from outside the plane?
I guess it was his friend filming it outside.
wow that's a long push back,
Wow that plane can go
Great video as always! :D
the boeing engine sound at take off is not so annoying like airbus with that Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :D
Awesome video!
Amazing! I like the 2nd clip also! Well done! :D
awesome multiple views! cool!
I like this video. pls post more thanks!
Very nice. I enjoy your videos :D
Thanks
8:26 is the best sound
excellent! loving the engine sound
Good...👌👌👍 But why copyright??? Is this the only engine in this world which create such sound???
awesome views
Shots outside were of a different plane but the same airline? Perhaps taken the day before? The plane that was in the outside shot appeared to be taking off on a wet runway.
power increase at 6:50? wow..I believe it took off with too low engine thrust!! right after takeoff an immediate vertical speed decrease!
nice vid!

+Chris H. On 738s (737-800s) it is *_almost_* always 89% N1.

thanks.. nice video👍
Great Vid , the sound of that turbine spooling up was awesome , brilliant stuff
Great Video! Thanks For Uploading in HD! Where abouts is Gothenburg?
It´s a wonderful video!
FANTASTIC, your videos are THE BEST! :-)
Great idea with the outside view, how you had make it?
I prefer front of the wing videos as opposed rear of the wing.
Were you using the same camera as your 787 departure from Stockholm Arlanda? If yes, then I can definitely tell the difference of noise levels of the 2 aircrafts.
amazing! love your videos :)
Belo som !! Parabéns pelo video.
Awesome! What camara did you use please give me the type and name please. & how did do that view in the right down corner pleas e reply thanks!
Huh ? How can you film inside and outside this airplane at the same time ? Maybe you mobile a friend outside to film your airplane ?
Nice video! But did you use any filters or something?
Sweet
Dantorp when can u do more reviews
On every upload you do, you should inform us when it is, where it is. And then we could track the flight on flightradar24, i'm not nosey or anything! XD
You haven't seen anything yet...when a B737 roars out of Kathmandu the entire VALLEY hears it! How was the service? Buy on board?
No actually Harry Mallory flights towards india/pakistan/UAE and stuff make a sharp right turn for the east on takeoff and flights bound for China/Hong Kong etc. make a turn for the west.
Amazing video!!! In your opinion, which aircraft is better? A320 or 737-800?
737 any day
best aircraft ever with best engines ever
Boeing 737 NG. 737-700 > A319, 737-800 > A320
how did you film from the outside and inside at the same time?
sound is protected by copyright..... LMFAO !! now that was funny
is cuz hes making money of this video if u copy it youtube wont let you make money of it
BFP4F JETS GAME PLAYS whatever. knock yourself out
Why should any one reuse this sound ??
the engine is CMF56-7c
no its CFM56-7B
What class where you in ? First ?
when i die i want to be an engine!
The spray on the wings, was the aeroplane dumping fuel?
No it was conslation
Dumping fuel on full thrust and climb... What sense would that make?
it`s neither fuel dump or "conslation". The effect is called Vortex and results from pressure differences & moisture around the wing.
thanks i didnt know

K. Genrette Yep
No where near full power though :)
In boeing or on boeing? Which is the correct
on
Thx
I don't understand why the captain/first officer decided to cut power in a climb and reapply power afterwards. Could someone explain?
Below 10,000ft you're not allowed to exceed 220 knots and so thrust is reduced once they near around 210 in order to stay within the air speed limits.
David Zhang here is no real "set" setting for takeoff, climb etc. It is ALWAYS different. Factors are weight, weather, location, air traffic, fuel, etc. Like VarykGerai said.. Many factors as to why thrust was not a set and go deal in the video.
Wow!! 737 is so noisy comparing to 787
Was it seat F12?
6a
Lol thats how you properly haul ass!!
Good old Frank Whittle...........
Blue/Red

I have been on many flights where i have heard that roar - there is a video of one on my channel.
TMV ok i subed ur too
Erik Berze Hyytiainen Why, thank you sir. :-)
TMV no problem ur channel rocks
6:45 - what causes that mist on wings?
The air passing over the wings is accelerated by the shape of the wing, as compared to the air below it.
Whenever you increase the velocity of a fluid (air is a fluid), you decrease the pressure and also decrease the temperature. What you are seeing is water vapor in the air condensing as the temperature of that air drops below the dew point.
Finally someone who explains it correctly.

could of been a good video

I think you'll find that the automobile was invented in Germany.
TMV Tell me about it and I'll look it up. I doubt you are correct.

Sorry, but it was the Brits who first introduced the world to modern passenger jet travel with the Comet airliner early fifties

that doesnt sound like norwegian more like sweedish to me
