To be honest, I reckon I'd make even more of a mess doing it that way, plus, having to faff around trying to find additional tools😅😆. The jacking points can found about 5-10cm out from the vehicle's skirting. The rear ones are kinda where the rear wheel arch starts to begin, and the front ones are like in line with the front door edges (if I recall correctly). There should be a cutout nonetheless for where they reside. Hope I've helped😅😆

Next time drill a hole into the filter first. Empty it then unscrew it off.

@@MAH-89 I cut the end off a 600ml water bottle and sheathed it over and let it drain out the end to pan.
