    Great review! “Buy cheap, buy twice” is a very good point, you’ve convinced me to get this setup on a Prime Day deal 👌

    You didn't fold the beefree tripod with the head together correctly. That's why the legs were sticking out. You need to turn the head up and handle down and it folds down flush.

    Got mine today it attached perfectly with my chinese 3rd party tripod. just had to remove ballhead that originally came with my tripod and easily fixed this on top. Fantastic motion / quality and much lighter than i thought. Thanks for the review and love your accent mate !

    Thanks for the great Review Richard. Its tempting to pick one up, but already have the 502HD, so probably don't need it. Real fluid heads are so much better. Like the portability though. Keep it up!

    sometimes when i pan it tends to unscrew, and ever since the first time it happened it's been very wobbly and making some weird noise due to the grease and it's really annoying, any way to fix this?

    I find it's not great for panning. I'm probably doing it wrong but when I pan it seems to tighten and loosen the mechanism. Is that supposed to happen?

      Actually yes I was doing it wrong:)

    Can it be fitted to all Manfrotto tripods?

  • @serhiy1237
    @serhiy1237 3 роки тому

    Ok so in my country it is sold as "Manfrotto MVH400AH" and this what I've googled. Question: How the hell 'Big brother knew what i meant?! There's nowhere in title and description noted as "MVH400AH"

    When you tighten the pan set-screw all the way down should the head be able traverse left and right still, or should it become completely static?

    502 fluid head doesn't cost much more so it's a better deal... unless you hike all the time and want to travel super light

      The Slowmotion Husky I'm not Lok is usually what it comes down to

    • @ExploreWithPoe

      Lok is Lok. We all have our own thing. I'm liking that PGN does all kinds of reviews, Some channels stick with pure lenses or pure cameras. But most of the time if we need a "new thing" we have to look up reviews and most of them are from very very small channels and low quality content.
      I'm sure in the future PGN will grow and have many information and fun on the channel. ( such as linustechtips for PC)
      I'm only doing photography as a hobby but id love to grow in it.
      You're doing good either way!

      +The Slowmotion Husky that's the aim. A lot of accessory products are ignored by the larger channels - they simply don't bring the numbers. But photographers need bags, tripods, filters, microphones, card readers, memory cards, lens cleaning kits, hard drives, monopod, stabilisers... the list is endless.
      We want to try and cover as many as possible so our audience knows what will be of value to them and their needs.
      And we'll make sure all the latest cameras and lenses are well covered too, obviously.

    • @ExploreWithPoe

      Exactly! I got faith in the channel

    Why doesn't your tripod have the adjustable head. I've the Befree Live and you can level the head on uneven ground.

    Can we attach this head to the benro slim aluminium tripod?

    • @Photogearnews
      @Photogearnews  7 років тому

      Should be able to as long as the Benro uses a standard 3/8th’s screw thread (which it almost certainly does)

    where is the video example man. Come on. You didn't put the only thing that matters. We need to see how fluid it is in an example shot. You can say "pretty smooth" for almost all the video tripots out there.

    • @Photogearnews
      @Photogearnews  2 роки тому

      He mentions in the review that he used it on the Iceland trip, this can be found here: ua-cam.com/video/9HE46wZkcuQ/v-deo.html

      @Photogearnews Thanks for the answer. There are some pan shots in the video, but they were shot by hand. I guess everyone skips putting video samples in their fluid head tripod reviews, not just you. Please note this. I think it's important and quite logical.
