- What an episode!!!!
Pete and Sam travel to Daves private lake and work their way through a 72 pint beer keg whilst chatting all manner of things regarding carp bait, ingredients, attraction, and much more!
Pour yourself a cold one and enjoy... - Розваги
Pearls of wisdom from Dave M , and a great Kenny Everrit impersonation. 😅
It's like a sketch out the fast show. 😂 I'm afraid I was very very drunk.
Really enjoyed that looking forward to part 2
Really enjoyed that, now for part 2!👍
Exciting developments with the bait company!
Oh yes 😃
I must get hold of some of that beer...! Seriously, though, this is brilliant stuff. The bait man's bait man, Dave Moore!
Another great episode boys 👌👌
Thanks man!
Was the shark liver oil Dave mentioned Rod Hutchinson's old "Squatters Repellent" flavour, do you think ? 🤔
The carp anglers carp angler IMO. He wrote about his success on Wraysbury 1 in the very first Big Carp mag (1990?), writing about the exploits of the rotheram dirty dozen. He's been there and done it all - all while working and supporting a family. He fishes wherever he wants and always catches what he wants by following the science. I can't wait to see what his lake looks like in 20 years. This podcast showed that he's still interested in learning new things right now, although it did seem that the boys were keen to get in quick with trying to teach him something new - LOL -
Great Podcast - keep it up lads. Mike Wilmott please!
Thanks James! I’m glad you liked it.
Not sure what you mean on your last comment though, I don’t think there’s much we could teach Dave!
Mike Willmot would be an incredible guest. If you know him, feel free to put a word in!
@@CarpChronicles I think it was the bit telling him / correcting him about the heat treated soy flour. I will have to listen again. Not an issue - it just made me smile!
Looking forward to this 👍👍👍
Enjoy!

Didn't rod Hutchinson have a go with dog fish liver?.seem to remember him writing about it.
Quality
Is having wheat gluten in your bait even if it's in low quantities a no no then? Or is it ok to have 10% wheat gluten?
Personally I would avoid it
