You know we have coffee soda in Italy! It's called gassosa al caffè and its a mixture of coffee sparkling water sugar and lemon. It's the most delicious thing I've ever drank. It's typically a southern Italian drink from the region of Calabria but I found it in Liguria, Genoa as well at a supermarket. It's the brand Brasilena. You made me want to buy it and drink it all.

This is actually one of the reasons that when people drink beer straight out of a bottle or a can that they tend to feel bloated or gassy.

Actually it comes from the ice maker in my refrigerator/freezer. I had no idea it was such sought after ice until I posted this on Instagram and all the cocktail lovers were asking the same question haha

Yes exactly. The spoon was also in the freezer, as well as the cup I pulled the shot into. The colder everything is the better to prevent foaming.
