Might be an odd question. But how would you convince someone there food is good enough to start there own food truck?

We probably wouldn’t take that approach. Usually if someone is passionate about food and willing to learn they can acquire the skills needed. Although if someone’s food isn’t good, we’ve got no issue with sharing that and helping them improve.
