With being in quarantine for over the last 2 months decide to looks up some of my favorite workouts and Gin Millers are by far the best!!!!! She is so motivating and professional. Her workouts are saving my SANITY!!!!!!!!!!She's my idol.
I started doing Reebok the video and also step The power video. I pull out my old Jane Fonda step aerobics board I have to be careful because it's been 28 years now.
March 2024. Been Stepping with Gin since 1992. Today using my Avita Fit Airbike with this Step Reebok Soundtrack cadence on level 7 of my 🚲 which equalled 10:65 miles. What an awesome combo workout. I approve of using an Airbike or Assault Bikes 🚲 with Step Reebok Soundtrack
I absolutely love Gin Miller's hair! She's absolutely beautiful. The hair dresser did a fantastic job. Instead of using the platform for the lat rows, I would rather use one of my 20 lb dumbbells.
The 80s styles are ridiculous. I used to do this......too hard on one's body even if young and fit. I regret the effort I put into this when younger. Injuries from wear and tear. Be gentle with yourself. We get obsessive about exercise.
Maryanne Larsen what!! What would you say about the insanity of the workouts today? I go to the gym & I am amazed at the intensity of some of the workouts I see people engage in. Couple with all manner of “supplements” on the market.
My 2 cents as a 33 yr exercise physiologist/trainer, I agree with ify. This is nothing compared to some of the CrossFit/ insanity craziness. Where I diverge is the supplement comment. What we didn’t know was how much supplementing we actually need to do. Between poor soils, stress on the body and mind, etc. we are simply depleting and not replenishing. Granted, most supplements are junk but that’s another diatribe.

They always have low impact versions. No need to break yourself. I lost 30lbs in about 4 -5 months doing this 5-6x a week. It was great.

Once I learn the moves to a workout , I use my own music if I don't like what is on the video.
