There's some neat old trucks there. I'm liking both of the KW cabovers, especially the 123, but the 100 looks to be a really solid truck other than the frame damage. Everything still fits, and the doors still shut decent too.
Totally agree, the K123 is definitely on my bucket list of trucks to get!! The black one too as you mentioned has great potential. Stay tuned cause there is more to come from that place!!
It is quite the place with all the trucks. Yeah that Bronco is for a customer that we are going to do a few things too. It is really cool and rare with options that it has
That KW is definitely late 60s-early 70s. It has the newer style headlights but the older style interior/emblems. Torsion bar suspension makes it a K-125.
The White K100 is actually pretty easy to date. It was built between Jan. '68 (when the new style front fender was introduced with a corner mounted parking lamp per a Jan, 1st '68 DOT mandate) and March '68 when a KW 4-bar grill emblem permanently replaced the script type seen here. From what I can see other details like the fuel tank necks etc. match up to that as well.
I hear that, that would almost be a video in itself with all the trimming that needs done. It’s amazing how trees and weeds don’t care, they will grow anywhere it seems.
Merry Christmas to you and your family!! That’s what I’m thinking, little sneak peak but there is two more parts to this video that will be coming. I do hope to acquire some of them and get them back on the road. Need to upset the automatic this and that trucking market with more old classics.
Love watching your videos with my bf. Out of curiosity, what part of the country/state are you located in? We've been trying to figure that out through watching your videos and studying the topography lol.
I bet you're the type if man that don't tell ppl where this place is I'm looking for an older 80's peterbuilt cab and hood to put on my 85 1 ton long wheelbase Dodge ram frame to build and pull my 40 foot toy hauler 5th wheel travel trailer
Totally agree with you, seems like back in the day trucks got parked for some silly reasons. I’m glad they are still in places like this though cause all the new stuff gets bought by salvage yards and parted out. But in hindsight in another 25 years I wouldn’t want to restore what they are building nowadays. Hope you have a Merry Christmas

This is a good junkyard. This is a good place for parts and stuff. And then go trucks in the air for rebuilding
Totally agree!!
That early KW looked similar to Dane Scott's 'Grasshopper' which had torsion bars when he first got it.
That’s right, I think his is a 1966 but I could be wrong.
Looks like a good day. Lots of old iron sitting around there.
Yes it was, it’s always fun to go and explore the old iron. Hope to save some of them
Y'all should show more of these type videos of window shopping or as Twin sticks calls it, On The Hunt..
Absolutely, stay turned there is more to come
@CLGarage Definitely staying tuned, love your channel & the cabovers.
We appreciate the support, Cabovers are my main passion but we may mix a few conventionals in there in the future.
Nice junk yard…wow!
Stay turned, this is only part 1 to our little series of this place!!
What a find. Like the Bronco in the shop

Hedge clippers and a chain saw
It’s nice that we get to look at the weeds while you get to look at the trucks!
They were thick for sure!!
You definitely need a Peterbilt & Transtar II in your fleet.
We do have 2 Peterbilts at the moment and I was going to look a Transtar over in Iowa but it sold before I got to it
That blue/silver 362 pete would be my favourite. 😊
I like it as well, has great potential

I wish I could have found a tag to verify the year, but hopefully I can purchase that one and found out then

Super cool, thank you for that information. I wasn’t quite sure but that narrows it down
It's an 88 inch cab looks like a 68 or 69,I had a couple ove them in the 88
Super cool, how long did you drive them?
The largest cab length in this era was 86" (K100E redesign stretched all sizes by a few inches for 1984 and later)
The more I think about it I should have looked at the frame or the front bumper for the vin number to verify the year
You need to bring your weed wacker and chain saw with you!👍

Merry Christmas guys, looks like a few Cabovers for classic large car garage.

Them FDL 120 are very very reliable Trucks and well built trucks with either M11 Cummins or DD Power if not some had CATs in them also
Merry Christmas
I like them with the dual round headlights just like the one at the end of the second terminator movie!!
10-4 yeah they are awesome the FLC 120 and the WFT Cabovers
looks like a 1962
Definitely early 60’s I’m thinking
