@@allheartrc it does! But I've seen a lot of athletes (especially girls) with eating disorders.. Good that you show that it's ok to eat. Those bones need to be strong.

Me too. Finished CIM 2024 by 80 seconds shy to BQ for my age group even this was a PR by 21+ minutes improvement. Just signed up Chicago 2025 and hopefully I can do better in CIM 2025.
