I just realized, Birchface was good at jumping because he is descended from Gorseclaw, a SkyClan born cat. And SkyClan is known for being good at jumping

I would, but I have a few quarrels with it regarding who's dead and who's alive because a few cats in it should be dead according to the warriors timeline. :/

I made this fanfic where the kits survived!
"Patchkit quickly brabbed onto a twig, Petalkit mewled in fright and Larchkit was kicking violently. Patchkit was scared, where was his mother!? Had she abandoned them!? Suddenly, he saw some orange tortoiseshell fur, it wasn't his, but Mapleshade's! "Patchkit! Petalkit! Larchkit!"She cried with pain in her coice. She grabbed onto Patchkit's fluffy pelt, but the water ripped them away from eachother. Petalkit was washed up in some reeds and Larchkit was in the bay, scarecly breathing.
"I'm sorry, Mapleshade, but they *could not* of survived." Appledusk's mew broke through Patchkit's dreams. It looked as if the RiverClan warriors had failed to find their bodies but assumed they were dead. He glanced up and saw Petalkit and Larchkit huddled together, both shivering. Suddenly, he was put to sleep again.
Patchkit woke up in a kittupet bed, he had a towel draped over him. Larchkit and Petalkit were next to him chewing up some pellets.
"Mummy, I'm goning to name this one Spotty!" Cried the young Twoleg kit, Patchkit was beyond scared. He wanted Mapleshade! Petalkit was called "Sugar' and Larchkit was called "Brownie". The Twolegs lay them down. Patchkit was enjoying this, perhaps he *could* be a kittypet. He took in the name. He was Spotty now, not Patchkit.
*Moons later*
Spotty groomed his paws as Sugar leapt up, Brownie followed his sister. It had been many moons since Patchkit was named Spotty. A small, brown tomcat was stalking a hare.
"Pinestar, are you coming or what!?" Brownie called cheekily. The tom nodded.
"I'm Pine now. Spotty, you never told me about your heritage. Jake told me you were named Patchkit before..."
"Right, my mother was Mapleshade and my father was Appledusk!"
Pine looked shocked, but quickly, grief and anger clouded his eyes.
"Mapleshade!? She lied to my father and half-sister! And Appledusk killed Birchface my half-brother!"
