I adore her, so. I have had a crush on her since West Wing. I did some days on a movie she was in and, to this day, it kills me that we worked on different days and I never got to meet her. For the record, everyone confirmed all my hopes about her; they all said she's wonderful.

Personally, I am what I would call an independent/skeptical Democrat. Whenever "wonderful" ideas are proposed, I ask first, who asked for this? Secondly, I ask how much will it cost and where are we going to get the money? Our wages have been flat since 2000 and both parties are responsible for that. We now have huge debt, partly due to Trump's tax bill when he first took office, and of course, the pandemic is going to mess with our economy for quite a while. We do certainly need serious reform of our whole election process. Gee, I had no idea making a comment about a good TV show would unleash all of this! I know there are still a number of really thoughtful and caring conservatives and I enjoy reading of their ideas and discussing options with them. It is certainly going to be an interesting time here in the U.S. for the next several years and I hope we can start listening to each other.
