lol me too. Though the term “second puberty” has been debunked, you can see effects of something like it in Sam and Dean. Jensen even talked about having to re-record the opening title card of Dean giving the “Family Business” voiceover because his voice had been too high during that past time Lolol.They do lower their voices in the show, but still you can definitely hear how it changed. Like someone I forgot said: “He’s a MAN now darling,”

And how they literally waited like a full decade before it happened was also hysterical
I think the implication was always that Dean would always throw ✂️, to give his little brother the out, but hide that he was doing it for him. He would win whenever he wanted by throwing not-scissors.
My favorite part about it was how they kept continuity. In the episode with the werewolf that didn’t know she was turning, Sam wins at rock-paper-scissor and says “dean, always with the scissors” (season 2 episode 17). In this scene, at first Dean throws rock and Sam throws rock expecting scissors.
Idk if anyone cares, but I personally loved the little details.
I absolutely agree, I always chuckle at that scene. Especially how over dramatic he is with the celebration by throwing his hands up in the air and pushing the tarp out the way like he won a championship.
I love to see the happy time between Sam and Dean laughing smiling I'm pulling pranks on each other I miss those days
It’s kind of understandable why in later seasons it became less. It feels like they get so involved in their Hunter life that those preliminary days where they still slip some pranks are gradually gone. I mean Death, God, Darkness, Shadow? All cosmic and shit. I miss seasons 1-3 honestly.

@@popgas3821 For sure! The first few seasons all they had on their plate was finding Dad and killing Yellow-Eyes, and they mainly hunted ghosts and vengeful spirits, and other more whimsical things. It was pretty care free, at least compared to after they opened the gates to hell and released a bunch of demons. After that you could just feel so much weight on the boys' shoulders all the time, and the mental load never really got lighter again...
The most painful thing Demon dean said was if you were never born mom would be alive and I hate you. The reason that hurt so much is the beginning demon’s lie but they twist from the truth to cause the most pain. This means dean on some level felt that

My favorite part of Supernatural is hearing Sammy's voice change throughout the seasons from high to deep. I started watching Supernatural in 2007 when I was 5. My older cousin who is also named Tayler got me hooked on Supernatural. When I was younger my favorite characters were Sam and Castiel but as I got older my favorites became Dean and Crowley.

I absolutely love their relationship, both of the characters and actors. They'd do anything for each other and they'd give up anything for each other, which is beautiful of course, but what I like the most is that they also roast and annoy the hell out of each other. I have two siblings (one younger and one older so I can relate to the both of them in that aspect) and those moments are absolute gold to me because that's how my relationship with them is EVERYDAY

Supernatural has always been so funny because of the dynamic between the characters, specifically Dean and Sam. I wish the series didn't end, and even more, I wish we could of gotten them on a more adult network. Just thinking about them swearing while fighting monsters just makes me smile.
