Did you check the back cover? It might not have been properly closed... Then check the paper tray..

Hi... You can also buy it online... But usually (depends on model) Brother printers use black pigment ink ang colored dye inks...

the kit costs P350... I think you can buy the chips for P650... So i just used the chips from my old cartridges
