I am very impressed. I could picture Martha picking out the great table lamp. I loved the copper pots hanging in front of open kitchen. Complimentary birthday dessert? If so, great touch. I really enjoyed this video, and could picture dining there. It definitely didn’t seem stuffy. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you Amy, the table lamp was such a great touch. We actually filmed a scene turning it off and on but didn’t know what to do with it during editing. The rooms truly are beautiful. The dessert was complimentary which is definitely a nice touch to any restaurant. More cozy than stuffy for sure.

Oh my..Looks like you ordered the whole menu! LOL...I work for the World Series of Poker which was at Paris and Bally's this year. The Bedford didn't open until after the event was over. Must try..Like you, the menu didn't speak much to me but seeing how much you enjoyed it seems to be worth it. Just wish it was open for lunch as I have an office at Bally's I go to from time to time. We were there on the fourth nite of opening. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with our meal. We enjoyed the crab cakes and Alexis chopped salad for apps. Would order again. Our mains were the salmon and square burger.. our fav was the salmon. creme bruleee and apple tartain were also fabulous. Agree with you that this is definitely a repeat restaurant. Next time will order the perogis…

Well the prices might reflect that but in all reality any nicer dinner spot on the strip is hitting similar price points. Vegas is getting so expensive
I ate there in October and it was amazing, although my entree (short rib ragu) didn't wow me. But everything else was so good I didn't care. The bread basked was the very best part. Sad for you that you didn't have it.

First, Happy Birthday to whoever one of you was celebrating! This is the first video I have seen of The Bedford, and you did a great job. Initial reviews of this place were very lackluster and the menu seemed very bland, but your food looked great, especially the halibut. Glad you did not get suckered in for the $90 whole chicken carved tableside - sorry, that's just obnoxious. I would expect only the best from Martha, and I think this restaurant is still a work in progress.
Haha I gotta imagine a lot got turned off by the $90 chicken like we did, but in the end the prices were more “reasonable” for location. Beside timing on some dishes and drinks it was performing well for being so new. Thanks so much!

Just an alert that your pricing paradigm for many menu items is quite frankly exhorbant. At least accumulate some Michelin STARS first. A Word To The Wise Is Sufficient. 🗣 🔎 💰💰💰💰🔍
I don’t know if Martha checks our videos, if she does that’s cool. We, however, did see the crazy pricing on the Chicken and also found it to be ridiculous. However our dishes included entrees at $35 and $49 which we felt were actually pretty good. No gimmick buys like the Smashed potato or Chicken but we did enjoy our meal there.
The so called designer cocktails at $22. This is where we disagree. There's no reason for that price. Go basic. Gin Tonic lime slice, Vodka tonic green olive, beer, such as Heineken. The $22 vegas designer cocktail is to be avoided. No one knows the alcohol content of these designer cocktails. You're setting yourself up for disappointment. Or sickness. Explore this idea. 1.75 L bottle of Ruskova Vodka, $12. Nothing wrong with it. You can make a few cocktails in the hotel room, put them in an insulated thermos bottle, and bring with you. On ice. Guess how much for a standard drink. 50 cents. I may be oldschool, I may be cheap. But I won't spend $22 on a designer cocktail.
Haha I hear ya. We are all about CVS, Walgreens and ABC for a 6-12 pack for the room. When at dinners though you want some drinks to go with it. The tough thing about getting beers at restaurants now is that they are in the 8-12 dollar range and are simply bottles or normal pint glasses. At least with these designer drinks I feel I am getting something special. We have paid $15 for a rum and coke at these restaurants before so might as well splurge for something that takes effort 😂 we have said before when we need to watch budget that alcohol with dinners is the first to go thoughts

The food looked well prepared but all these celebrity chefs that invaded Vegas with Uber overpriced restaurants have forever changed my feelings about how it used to be when you could visit to get great food at great prices because of the main attraction gambling. Now the greedy celebrity chefs have ruined it because almost all eateries are overpriced because they all jump on the tourist trap band wagon. Martha smelled to much of snoop when she dreamed up her prices.
I hear you man! It's not only the Celebrity chefs bro, what about all the prestigious highly acclaimed chefs from around the world like Joel Robuchon, Guy Savoy, Jean George, Jose Andreas , Julian Serrano and Michael Mina all having places in Vegas! What the fuck now I can go to one city and eat at their restaurants and not have to travel around the globe (which most people can afford to do right?) to try their food, so annoying! The nerve of these chefs. Yup I miss going to Vegas and eating shit $19.99 buffets, dropping $1000( on the craps table(instead of good food) and having nothing to show for it other than diarrhea and an empty wallet. All Josh and Rachel have is this video and fond memories of a great meal, suckers! Well, if you want to be able to afford this type of cuisine Hanky DM me for a killer stock tip 😉
