Bring lotsa $$, baked potato @$17, pirogies @ $30. You can buy a bag of them at Costco for $12 and feed the whole family. We go to Vegas a lot and the best food is at Oscar’s and better pricing
No kidding. I can put a potato in some foil and throw it in the oven for an hour and get near the same results for a dollar. Though I wouldn't have bacon lardons and creme fraiche, I'd still have normal bacon and sour cream though. But you pay for a little show and the ambiance I suppose.
Whilst these prices seem Slightly silly the food was ‘elevated’ as you say and, an experience worth having rarely comes cheap! You are lovely to watch- so kind and gentle - keep on keeping on !

The pierogis are Martha's personal favorites (they're outstanding), and her signature dish is the stuffed roast chicken. But it's now over $100, a bit pricy for the bird, altho it always looks good.

It's not cheap, that's for sure. After tip coming out to almost $200 is pretty steep for dinner. But then again, if I just got the ragu and a coke, it would have been like $55 after tip which is reasonable for a celebrity chef Vegas dinner. Everything is more expensive on the strip nowadays. I think everything is just more expensive in general everywhere. I'll probably go back to check it out again when the menu changes as it's seasonal.
Can you some places just of the strip? And show how to walk thair I think a lot of more people that continue to go to Vegas eventually stop eating on the strip because the prices keep going up.

Very expensive indeed. I don't know about Aldi's finds though...I've seen some pretty ratchet stuff there lmao. I think nowadays people just want to pay for the experience because I've gone back to the Paris a couple of times recently for a birthday and another social engagement and the Bedford was PACKED and people getting turned away without a reservation when I was walking by. It's expensive but clearly not enough to keep people from eating there. Makes me think I'm in the wrong business sometimes... Thanks for watching!
Seems like a noisy place though. When fine dining, I prefer a more quiet environment, perhaps a jazz pianist adding ambience in the background, soft, muted lighting, linen table cloths and comfortable seating. The food may be very good there, but to me, it sounds like a food court or cafeteria.
It was a bit loud and with the open wall facing the Bobby's Burger Palace, it's not exactly a quiet setting. You're not wrong and I typically prefer the more intimate settings as well for my more finer meals. Thanks for watching!
My husband grew up in Bedford about half a mile from Martha Stewart (my in-laws still live there) - if it was true to life you would have horrible cell service anywhere near the place 🤣🤣

I do not care if the baked potato was made by God, I am not paying $16 for it, ever, not in my lifetime. I can call in an entire 1 lb. catfish dinner right now, with 3 sides and a hot roll for $13, and have it back home to eat in 30 minutes, 25 minutes to cook it, and 5 minutes to go get it. It has a catfish, baked potato, salad, corn, and a hot roll, all for $13, today on November 25th 2022. P.S. I just had a piece of really good lemon maringue pie. I got the entire pie about 3 days ago for $5.99.

That's fair to say. A 3 course meal is going to go from one to two hundred dollars in any of the nicer locations inside one of the strip resorts. In one of my recent videos, I had BBQ at the MGM Grand and it was over $100 after tipping for a cocktail, 2 appetizers, an entree, & dessert.
You only live once right? I've gone to a lot of restaurants for the exact same reason! Though the Bedford is supposed to have a seasonal menu and I really enjoyed my meal there so I'll probably go back to see what they're offering sometime later. Thanks for watching!
Your paying for that Martha Stuart name, $33 for one crab cake, $ 22 for a cocktail and $16 for a potato, how about the $ 90 chicken? Martha definitely was sitting way to close to Snoop when she dreamed up these outrageous prices. Celebrity chefs invading Vegas will be the downfall to cheap eats there forever.
It's very pricey that is for sure. It's also still incredibly popular. I went to the Paris this week to meet a friend and the Bedford was completely packed. I don't know if it's celebrity chefs making the prices high. Plenty of celebrity chef restaurants in town pre-pandemic and you could still find solid cheap eats. But those days, whatever the reason, are long gone. I feel you on that for sure.

I just got back from this restaurant and it is by a mile the worst food I have eaten in Las Vegas from ANY chef. I like here, I eat out all the time and this place is AWFUL. The menu is ridiculous, the prices are absurd, and the food was terrible. Do not waste your time or money at this place, it will be gone in 6 months.
Most rviews i trust where not happy at all with the food there so what is the problem here ur paid actor, getting good samples cause u told them u will review, ur just lucky or u have a different taste. ;) before anyone pays 100 bucks for a standard chicken or 30 bucks for a potatoe i highly recommend u check out other reviews of this place.

Yeah, it's very expensive. I'm glad I tried it. Everything tasted really good. But it's not a place I would be eating at if not for a video. I think for most, it will be a bucket list restaurant to try once to say you've eaten at Martha's only restaurant. I shudder thinking how much money people would spend to be a "regular" at The Bedford.
Cost is absolute. Value is subjective. I focus on the food and state the cost, and viewers can make up their own mind on the value. It may seem overpriced for you, but in a town where people lose thousands in the blink of an eye, and anecdotally the Bedford has been packed every time I've walked by at the Paris, there are enough people who are not blinking at these prices.
In retrospect I should have dressed up a little more. I didn't do a lot of research on the restaurant other than the fact that it was Martha's first restaurant and opening at the Paris so I went. That said, I was definitely not the only person in a tshirt there and mine at least had sleeves. I also like that about Vegas though. Outside of restaurants that enforce a dress code, I've seen all types eat at all places. Thanks for the feedback though. It's something I'm going to keep in mind as I look into future locations.

I think nowadays people just want to pay for the experience because I've gone back to the Paris a couple of times recently for a birthday and another social engagement and the Bedford was PACKED and people getting turned away without a reservation when I was walking by. It's expensive but clearly not enough to keep people from eating there. Makes me think I'm in the wrong business sometimes... Thanks for watching!

Seems like a noisy place though. When fine dining, I prefer a more quiet environment, perhaps a jazz pianist adding ambience in the background, soft, muted lighting, linen table cloths and comfortable seating. The food may be very good there, but to me, it sounds like a food court or cafeteria.
It was a bit loud and with the open wall facing the Bobby's Burger Palace, it's not exactly a quiet setting. You're not wrong and I typically prefer the more intimate settings as well for my more finer meals. Thanks for watching!
My husband grew up in Bedford about half a mile from Martha Stewart (my in-laws still live there) - if it was true to life you would have horrible cell service anywhere near the place 🤣🤣

I do not care if the baked potato was made by God, I am not paying $16 for it, ever, not in my lifetime. I can call in an entire 1 lb. catfish dinner right now, with 3 sides and a hot roll for $13, and have it back home to eat in 30 minutes, 25 minutes to cook it, and 5 minutes to go get it. It has a catfish, baked potato, salad, corn, and a hot roll, all for $13, today on November 25th 2022.
P.S. I just had a piece of really good lemon maringue pie. I got the entire pie about 3 days ago for $5.99.

That's fair to say. A 3 course meal is going to go from one to two hundred dollars in any of the nicer locations inside one of the strip resorts. In one of my recent videos, I had BBQ at the MGM Grand and it was over $100 after tipping for a cocktail, 2 appetizers, an entree, & dessert.

Your paying for that Martha Stuart name, $33 for one crab cake, $ 22 for a cocktail and $16 for a potato, how about the $ 90 chicken? Martha definitely was sitting way to close to Snoop when she dreamed up these outrageous prices. Celebrity chefs invading Vegas will be the downfall to cheap eats there forever.
It's very pricey that is for sure. It's also still incredibly popular. I went to the Paris this week to meet a friend and the Bedford was completely packed. I don't know if it's celebrity chefs making the prices high. Plenty of celebrity chef restaurants in town pre-pandemic and you could still find solid cheap eats. But those days, whatever the reason, are long gone. I feel you on that for sure.

I just got back from this restaurant and it is by a mile the worst food I have eaten in Las Vegas from ANY chef. I like here, I eat out all the time and this place is AWFUL. The menu is ridiculous, the prices are absurd, and the food was terrible. Do not waste your time or money at this place, it will be gone in 6 months.
Countdown started. We'll see if The Bedford is still here next summer.

Most rviews i trust where not happy at all with the food there so what is the problem here ur paid actor, getting good samples cause u told them u will review, ur just lucky or u have a different taste. ;) before anyone pays 100 bucks for a standard chicken or 30 bucks for a potatoe i highly recommend u check out other reviews of this place.

Yeah, it's very expensive. I'm glad I tried it. Everything tasted really good. But it's not a place I would be eating at if not for a video. I think for most, it will be a bucket list restaurant to try once to say you've eaten at Martha's only restaurant. I shudder thinking how much money people would spend to be a "regular" at The Bedford.

Cost is absolute. Value is subjective. I focus on the food and state the cost, and viewers can make up their own mind on the value. It may seem overpriced for you, but in a town where people lose thousands in the blink of an eye, and anecdotally the Bedford has been packed every time I've walked by at the Paris, there are enough people who are not blinking at these prices.

In retrospect I should have dressed up a little more. I didn't do a lot of research on the restaurant other than the fact that it was Martha's first restaurant and opening at the Paris so I went. That said, I was definitely not the only person in a tshirt there and mine at least had sleeves. I also like that about Vegas though. Outside of restaurants that enforce a dress code, I've seen all types eat at all places. Thanks for the feedback though. It's something I'm going to keep in mind as I look into future locations.
