Greetings from an old pipe smoker from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. I have been enjoyng a good smoke seens law school 50 years ago ! Petterson’s are my favorites pipes.
Awesome video sir! You get out of it, what you put in it!👍🏻 Time! Time to think of the old ways for me. Memories of my grandpa and a slower place and time that I grew up in. Keep your videos coming. I love it! Happy Smoking!
Another great spot for a chat with a great tobacco, and a great presenter! Well done sir. When i smoke my pipe on my lunch and focus on just that, i get to disconnect from the constant onslaught of BS that is my everyday job. Similarly at home, but there i get to do it with my lady and enjoy her company and it creates conversation that seems to build value for us. The world goes at such a high pace for us that time to sit down and enjoy life needs help and the pipe is great for that.
@@Wentz789 as a great example I'm now at the local PD trying to get back stolen company equipment that I got a call for while trying to enjoy my pipe with the last of my Pegasus from C&D.
Very nice video...there's just something about the way you try and describe how to smoke your pipe and get the most out of it that seems to make me think of my Dad. My Dad mostly smoked cigarettes that I knew of and I didn't get to spend a lot of time with him, but your video just made me think of him and how he probably would've tried to be just as truthful and just as helpful. Thank you for your time and your video!
What do I get? Memories from long ago, the YTPC, and most recently joining a local pipe club. I like the equipment, and the collecting part of the hobby as well.
Another great video!😁👍 Boy, them cicadas are really out in your neck of the woods aren't they. We haven't heard them here yet, but strangely we have a dang bumper crop of fireflies this year. The whole back lot is lit green an hour after sundown. I ain't complaining, it's a wonderful view! Happy to hear you're enjoying the blends Al😊💨have a great week and take care out there!
Just love the inspiration that you put out thanks for advice on relaxing and getting into pipe smoking just started to get into smoking a pipe I’ve got a corn cob pipe that I love smoking and black Irish X is one of my favourite tobacco’s 👍
I get to find my own peace. I get to experience my senses, I watch the smoke, I smell the aroma, I feel the heat generated by my breath, I taste the breath of the burning ember. Smoking pipe, pipe tobacco, allows me to find my own space and keep my own mind.
Black Irish X is also known as Black Irish Twist and it is also a chewing tobacco originally used by sailors but has grown favor with pipe smokers over the years. Brown Irish twist is also a great blend to try both are the same tobaccos but black Irish is coated in olive oil and heated which cooked and removes some of the nicotine. If you go on my Channel and go to my playlist in the YTPC Gold playlist there is a video “Gawith and Hoggarth Tobacco Twist and asnuff Makers film” it shows how it’s made.
@@macinthewild8116 Oh wow, thanks for letting me know about being 500 , I have been working and sat down to relax and get in out of the heat and didn't know I have 500 subscribers. Thanks for subbing and commenting. Be blessed!
Black Irish X is one of my favorite blends! Got several full jars of the stuff. It's my go-to leaf for the summertime. I agree with you, sir. My favorite time with my pipe is at night, especially in the sumner. I don't do much. I sit out on the porch and listen to the frogs. Ain't much, but it's enough for me.
Personally I was dipping two cans of Copenhagen a day. Only smoking 4 pipes a day now and a happy family for quitting dip. I'm a Slate and Tile Roofer also fits my trade I work on colonial homes. Good day to Y'all Jackson Family
What I would give to share a bowl with you. If you weren't half way across the country I'd love to sit down and just talk and have a nice calm bowl of tobacco
