I got one of the Perst 3 Green+ for one of my ARs to shoot under nods. The Perst lasers are extremely robust, and the green versions are powerful. Great value.
The case is made like that as the unit is not ruggedized against EMP or Solar Storms. The can keeps it safe, until its actively used. Just forward thinking
Decent. To be super safe a Faraday cage is ideal for sensitive gear. Could be made from some old chain link fence, but not exactly compact. Maybe something for home. I've seen some ammo tins people suggest for emp protection.

Tricky question but I will answer with a few side notes. In bright daylight with no mag, I would personally say 150yds max. With a scope the red on brightest setting is very visible on targets so would be down to optics. In overcast or dim light it's extremely obvious. At night the output or IR is also great. Don't forget this is milspec so very high output and is easily as good as a PEQ or other real steel counterparts. Green will obviously be brighter as the wavelength is, however red on dim setting at night is a very useful when sub 100yds and under nods, or hunting etc.

Got a legit question.. what would you, living in Britain, or England, mount that on?? Like a muzzle loader, shotgun, airsoft, black powder rifle? Seems overkill for such things.
Hi Daniel, in the UK we have semi auto rifles up to .22lr and for bolt action all the way to 50bmg. 🤟 I use mine for hunting and fun night shoots, shootin steel. We also have 9mm rifle-straight pull. But I shoot two gun in Europe and pistol and rifle. The UK isn't that bad for shooting sports.
@@BadScabDad it's been working like a champ. They are mostly out of stock everywhere for the past year or so. Although given the crisis at the moment, I won't be buying Russian gear for a long time
I'm not 100% sure dude. Defo resistant. They are milspec so you would think the Russians go by IP67 or even 68. I think best check with Zenitco to be sure if your planning some swimming 🤫😏

Hey Jon, it has two buttons on unit. Top and back. When you select it you can momentary, constant and flash settings.
