I am 68 and I have 10% body fat. How? Abs start in the kitchen! Eat protein with vegetables and/or fruit with every meal. No processed food, no deep fried food, no sugar nor any "ose," such as high fructose corn syrup, glucose, etc., cut back on alcohol, too. Eat at home, restaurants add too much crap for flavor. Go out once a week and eat and drink whatever you want, in moderation. That 30 minute walk before breakfast will make a difference.

I fast for 18 hours then eat 6 scrambled eggs and 8 oz of ground turkey with some Greek yogurt. Then a protein heavy dinner with barely any carbs. I end up eating 1990 calories a day and get 15 to 25k steps a day. I don’t need factor.
Serious question, about a year and a half ago I basically starved myself down to 140lbs as a 5'10 male who before that is usually around 170, I lost everything except my love handles, and if I went anymore I'd look really miserable, looking back at pictures I looked like a POW, why is this, my upper abs always show but no matter how dangerously low I go I can never get rid of my love handles or a tiny pouch at the bottom of my torso. @@Suumac_ you probably look unhealthy at 140lbs because you have no muscle (no offense and I could be wrong) - but I would say you just need to hit the gym and eat enough protein and do that consistently. Dr Mike is hilarious and his channel will answer all of your fitness related question. I shit you not. Good luck!
I do reduce my calories some days! Other days I fast between 18 to 24 hrs ! I go walking until I hit 10’000 or more! I lift weights everyday with doing pushups! I eat my high protein with low carb! I’ll make 3 eggs with egg whites! Greek yogurt blueberries! A slice of whole grain bread with jam! I had chicken with shrimp last night with mashed potatoes! I used to eat 6 eggs

Great video! If factor offered "gluten friendly" meals, I would be purchasing. "Gluten friendly" means their recipes do not include any gluten sources, but they do not have to make sure silverware is sterilized, install expensive air filters, ETC.

I struggle getting enough protein though because beans are hard on my stomach even when eating it with vinegar, I can’t handle much, haven’t found a good tofu scramble recipe, and protein powders are processed. Split pea soup is awesome though.

Not necessarily easy without a certain mindset but it’s possible. I doubt you need the product to do that but it may help you if you’re busy. Mind you…you would most likely be eating the same thing over and over again once you eat clean and workout on a daily basis. He’s not wrong technically and is showing a way for people who don’t have time to cook. Throw it in the oven or steam it instead of microwaving it. Never tried it, I’ll stick with the tuna and broccoli when I get back to it.
