Yep I've got the same on my boat also good tip go wally and get the cheap 16. Ft of led mutiple colored lights that stick to the side and u can have a set of green lights on both sides of what ever color u want👍 if interested on how i get power to them holler at me on messenger
I would love to see a video of that installation as well, crappie fishing is all my wife and I do and I like fishing at night but there's a lot of places that we fish that I can't run wide open because of I don't have lights on my boat.
Be sure and let us see how well they work. I’ve been thinking about installing some on my boat. I’ve used a spotlight like everybody else and the glare sucks. I’m curious as to how well they work mounted down low the way you have them.

Should have used Cable glands for your wires. It will make them waterproof as well instead of silicone.
