3D Printed Robotic Turtle

  • This 3D print is of the Robotic Turtle designed by MatMire Makes. This print took right at 21 hours to complete and was printed to a size of 75% from the original. This is a well designed print and should hold up very well playing with it as all of the joints seem to be very sturdy.

    You should try using some 3d print bed adhesive to prevent parts from popping off the plate. I got a tube of Magigoo off Amazon for less than $20 and it works great so far.

      If I took the time to find tune the Z axis it would work better. Guess I'm just lazy.

      @@thegnewguy if you can manually tune the z offset on that printer you can do something called the paper test for a super quick and easy calibration. just get a standard sheet of printer paper and lower the Z-offset until you can move the paper and it just barely scrapes the nozzle.

      @@frozenepsilon5295 I have a video on how to do that. My bed is level. I haven't cleaned it in over a year. Guess I'm just lazy.
