A serious question; which is the worst part of Detroit - the east side or west? From your videos, both sides seem really bad in some neighborhoods, but I've heard and read more about the east side.
The west side has large areas that are nice, but the bad areas are just as bad or worse than the east side. There are really no large areas on the east side that are nice. so over alI would say the east side is probably worse.

CharlieBo313 I live on the East side. I made a video of the "Fireworks" off my porch. sounded like Afghanistan! lol. I'm not too brave to be driving around like you though, haha
Andrew Godoy 'you're' illiterate.
Where did they get all those nail guns. That's a lot of construction for night time
What the fuck is going on there? Is there like some war happening on the soil of America that we're not being told about. How the fuck do you end up sending troops to Iraq and Afghanistan when this shit is happening inside America? Holy fuck.
I love how he's just driving around listening to gunfire.
Seems like a great place to live !
i typed in "detroit white noise" just to see what would come up..and thats what brought me here
0:19 Close asf. Right over your head
"We can't close our eyes to the plight of the cities, honey. Kids, you noticing all this plight?"

EXACTLY BRO LIKE ME I WOULD'VE BEEN GONE FOOL🤣🤣🤣
Cause it's not new to us. Most of us grew up with this type of shit going on forever
Damn they literally popping at you! You can hear the bullets whizzing by @_@! Crazy how you can't even walk or drive in the streets at night.
Why? canada we have fireworks, But fuck that dangerous AF
JoeKickass324 We have fireworks in the US too ..
"Grab your gear and get ready, we'll be deploying soon"

I'd say it's 50/50 between fireworks and gun shots
I saw absolutely no fireworks. They don't shoot off fireworks in Detroit for New Years, not in the hood anyway.
CharlieBo313 hood fireworks then...gunshots...😂
I believe I heard some ricochet too toward the beginning?
Fireworks wouldn't be shooting off so rapidly unless it was a cake, which can't be possible because there is no color in the sky.
It sucks this is Michigan, sounds like Syria or Iraq
Plus if those were fireworks you would see them going off in the sky.
Bruh the time i made this comment people outside my building about a block away started shooting i heard ambulances and firetrucks 10 minutes later. this will probably be on the news.
00:47 Ak47
ironic
LOL
Jorsh Jager most sound like pistols
HannibaL Lecter XD
That wasnt an ak
A serious question; which is the worst part of Detroit - the east side or west? From your videos, both sides seem really bad in some neighborhoods, but I've heard and read more about the east side.
The west side has large areas that are nice, but the bad areas are just as bad or worse than the east side. There are really no large areas on the east side that are nice. so over alI would say the east side is probably worse.

Hey Charlie, how far would you estimate the stadium where the lions play is from here?
If you're planning on attending a Tigers or Lions game in the future and curious about safety I can assure you it's very safe downtown.
Downtown is usually pretty safe all though this year there was a shooting near the bus terminal 😂😂
Fireworks?
Nah, if you listen around the 0:20 mark, it sounds like bullets ricocheting.
David The Magical Bullfrog lol that's what I call them... 🔫🔫🔫🔫
David The Magical Bullfrog The shots are from a distance its not like he shooting next to him you probaly never heard a sound of a real gunshot.
Solokey, I own a 22., by brother has an AR-15 and multiple others
If you need proof ask
It must be common in big cities. When I lived in Columbus, OH, this is how New Years and Forth of July's celebrated. People shooting guns in the sky.
what third world country is this ?
America!!!
Africa 2.0
thats franklin and trevor doing some mission
As a Michigander would anyone want to sign a petition to help mid-west gang violent cities like Detroit mostly Chicago
It's so atmospheric, as for me. When you drive at late night in your expensive car, just relax and listen to how a bunch of black guys kill each other. There is some romance in it 💀💙
I would drive up to 100 miles away from there
the way they actually make the “woop” sound
Went to a place like this in chicago on vacation a couple years ago. Only thing I learned was that 1/ people don’t mind running out infront of you and hitting your car. 2/people don’t know how to drive. 3/ some of the “art” is definitely not for children and then you find out a child did it 🥴 4/ the lights are beautiful at night.
"Hear that? Those aren't firecrackers." -glasses to Kate, Sicario 2015.
Hearing the bullets wiz by is concerning... you're brave...
0:18 the ricochet is the scariest sound imaginable because you don't know where its coming from and how fast its going.
Not ricochet, it's the bullets coming close to him.
