I've done the "hot ones" gauntlet and Hattie B's "shut the cluck up", but when I was in Nashville this past November and had Party Fowl's 'poultrygeist', it was SIGNIFICANTLY hotter than any hot chicken I've ever had. I don't know how you had a set that evening. It would be too similar to Sean Evan's 'hot ones', but having the Nateland crew run the Party Fowl gauntlet would be must see.

Then, all of a sudden, in maybe 2012/2013, it became Nashville Hot Chicken. Everyone started asking about it, and it hasn't seemed to have slowed down since. I think that was right around the time Hattie B's started getting super popular.
