Can someone please explain how to bring the right stop to the left? I want to reduce the arc and point the arc to the left. Thank you

My toro rotates ones than stops and sprays in one direction, how can I fix that?

Looks like you can increase the arc but not decrease it. Also does not show how to set the range.
