Riddles are the worst thing on planet earth and anyone that thinks otherwise is wrong.
I am not the best riddle solver and do agree the some parts of the riddle were confusing but this is my understanding of them
1. Dark prismarine used to be crafted with ink sac and prismarine shards (still is on bedrock), so a sack and shard blue
I think the name part is saying night means dark and crystal sea means prismarine but I do not really understand this part
The hint says it s a two word variant, dark prismarine is two words and a variant of prismarine.
2. This riddle is saying that you take what a cleric and priest sought, which is ender pearls because they trade them, and half wrought (mold them I think) with powder of fire, which is blaze powder. Eye of ender are crafted out of ender pearls and blaze powder. The rest about down to the wire and number of keys I believe would be talking about how you can think of eye of ender as keys to the end and you are down to the wire on how many you have because they have a chance to break. The hint helps explain this, thought the first half was much easier to solve in my opinion.
3. The human, monster, and prince each got 7 bottles from Seam, then the human and monster split each bottle into 3. That means the human and monster have 21 each and the prince still has 7. The human and monster gave theirs to different people, totaling 42. All three then split the 7 the prince had. There are 46 people involved, the 42 given milk, as well as the human, monster, prince, and seam.

Hi, level designer here. I agree, the riddles are confusing! Plus also, they're English-specific, so if you don't know the language all that well you have even less of a chance of solving them. They were bad and I have since learned my lesson in game design.
Some further comments on the puzzles/area:
For riddle 1, 'dark prismarine' indeed decomposes as dark, prism, and marine, whence night, crystal, and sea, respectively.
For riddle 2, 'update to make them half wrought' was intended to convey the fact that clerics used to trade eyes of ender, but an update changed it so that they only sold ender pearls, i.e. half of an eye of ender. The language here was confusing, but that was the sacrifice necessary to get a limerick going. Was it a worthwhile sacrifice? Probably not.
Of the three puzzles, I'm proudest of the simon says one for the complicated command block coding that went into it. The puzzle input was actually recorded by summoning falling sand blocks of colors corresponding to the input, which avoided needing to save inputs using scoreboard values and whatnot.
If it wasn't obvious, the entire area is a blatant reference to Deltarune: Chapter 1 from hit video game composer Toby Fox (who is known for different work, perhaps). The final key room contains a few references of its own as well. The banners at the back of the room are the color sequence from the puzzle branches of the Diversity maps, and the '14er' person mentioned on the wall is one of the CTMC admins and the host of the CTM repository page.
Despite my frustrations with the last puzzle, I have to say I had a great time with this dungeon. The mobs were unique and I had a blast with the first two puzzles, great job Sw3ater!
