I’m not Mexican I’m salvadorina and white but my husband is but we love lengua gorditas and green pork rinds chicharrón in green sauce gorditas there so good but this recipe looks bomb to mami I also thought it was cute how you added your son to try you food in the taste test do that more often such cute mother and son moment 😍💓😌 I can’t wait to have my kids to do that with soon

Yum those gorditas are awesome! I never thought to stuff them with red Chile and ground beef. I usually stuff mine with ground beef and potatoes. Gotta try your ingredients. Thank you so much Claudia for a great video. 👍
