I own a Oceanus T4000 and T200, also own a SBGA375 and SBGX261 and I don't feel like the finishing is GS like. The finishing between the lugs is meh at best, it's super clean on the GS on the other hand! It's the main reason why I don't put the Oceanus on leather. Also, the hands and indices aren't anywhere near as well finished as GSs, actually the Oceanus hands feel like they came straight off a Edifice lol. For the money they are great but people need to set their expectations right.
OCW-T200SLE-2AJR owner here. The watch isn't 'constantly updated': radio time signal sync once a day, and max 4 times a day via BT. Use BT only sporadically to check on control power reserve and use it once for easy initial setup (time zone, calendar) and 1st time sync. Use BT for easy for DST on/off switch. No need to keep your watch paired with your phone all the time, unless you're suffering from severe time accuracy OCD. It's a 'set & forget' type of watch. User manual: Operation Guide 5595 (available online as .PDF)
I freaking love this watch! The reason why I haven’t bought one yet is, that I can’t somehow justify 400+$ on a casio, that is not a mudmaster… but that green dial with the tool brushed look is just amazing…
Let's face it, this watch has better materials and more technology than a mudmaster, and probably cost way more to manufacture, nothing against G shocks I have 2 on a 5 watch collection lol including a mudmaster, granted the cheap one g-9300, still I love it, this watch will be my next one as soon as I convince my japonese friend to buy one for me and mail it, not that easy to get one here in Brasil lol.

I've been looking at these for a while and it's always been the size that has put me off a bit. If it had been 38 or 39mm I would have definitely bought it already.
This watch is amazing. It is one of my grails watches, in fact. An affordable one too. Just have not pulled the trigger, lol. Thanks for having it on your channel Chris!
That green dial and crystal is so soothing to look at together with the nice bright lume. I am sold on this Oceanus. This watch face is going be the last 'face' I see before I sleep at night.
I've always liked casio as a watch brand, my firs watch was a casio databank, a few years ago I found out about this line and I was really impressed with how much watch you're getting for the money, the finish I great, it's solar so maintenence free for at least 10 years, multiband makes sure u get accurate time and perpetual calendar and in case u are not in the area of radio signal there is Bluetooth connection to keep the watch updated, paired with the classic look I think it's a must have, a gshock in a classic look
Been meaning to try out one of these watches! Grew up collecting Casios, their cool designs at an affordable price was worth saving my allowance for. After learning more about their high end pieces as an adult makes me proud to still have some Casio's in my collection!
The Casio Oceanus is packed with quality features and I like that this model is elegant and appears to be just the right size. I really like the sober and clean looks of the watch. Cheers!
Last August I paid $367 on eBay for this particular watch (-3AJF). The blue is also quite nice, but I've got no regrets with the green. I agree the buckle lets it down slightly, but I had no trouble getting a nice fit and this watch is very comfortable on its bracelet. The friction-fitted case back isn't ideal but also doesn't bother me. Regarding the Bluetooth functionality, Casio wants everyone to abandon the Oceanus app and move to the "CASIO WATCHES" app, but I couldn't get anywhere with the new app until I installed Firefox on my phone and made that the default browser. Somehow the default system browser wasn't compatible and I was getting "unknown URL scheme" errors. Anyway, the Bluetooth features are great. There's not really much to do in the app, but it does what I need. I definitely recommend winning this watch, and failing that, I even recommend buying it (for
Great presentation ! I think the Casio Oceanus is a very much underrated timepiece , I own two and feel like they are awesome . They look spectacular and will draw attention each and every time I wear them . Glad to see a video in this watch seems like Casio is not considered a top line product , Oceanus are changing folks minds each and every day !
This has a lot to offer for the price. Lume is much better than expected considering it was hard to see while you were showing it during bright lighting.
I just love the Casio Oceanus models. The solar powered with Bluetooth capability is an old technology. Yet, this is not a cheap Casio for sure. Overall, this is a very good n accurate watch.
I like this watch, especially the green-tinted crystal. But not as much as i like the Casio OCEANUS S100-1AJF Titan. What can I say, I am partial towards titanium. Plus, the whole indices on that watch are lumed!
Nice Casio watch. Have only 1 casio, an A168, so this will be good to the collection. Thanks for the generosity and keep these kinds of videos coming, very interesting and helpful.
Hi Chris, thanks for yet another beautiful and informative video. I think Casio has shown other brands that it is a brand to take seriously. Solar, floating indices, the finishing on this Oceanus are top notch. I believe Casio should release more models in this line.
This on a black bonetto cinturini 270 would be stellar. The lug to lug w. male end-links means it won't be an option on the bracelet for me. But this for sure is an option for my "grail watch". Love pop of color, and that green crystal is quite unique. Never seen or heard of something like that before.
I’ve wanted one of these for a while… Are the reviews that I’ve seen talk about how great the finishing is as well… You’ve seen a lot of watches so if you say it’s good it must be great.
Love this watch. I have the deep blue version and absolutely adore it. Fits my wrist perfectly. I wish the clasp was better also but not a big deal. I feel like Oceanus is to cheap throw away Casios as Grand Seiko is to your standard Seikos
Yet another wonderful opportunity to win a good watch. The green on this one has always caught my eye, it's a very good looking watch, can't go wrong with Oceanus. Cheers, Chris.
It's a clean watch and tech is cool but there's just something ablut a sweeping seconds hand that keeps me away from quartz, unless the seconds is in a sub dial.
Really nice watch I like the way it looks and lumes only thing I think I do t like is the Bluetooth. Thanks for showing looking forward to ur stream on WN
Always surprised by the quality level of the Oceanus watches. I've bought the OCW-S100 because of the titanium case, it's a wonderfull watch, I definetly love the colored ring they put next to the chapter ring, it give interesting reflections angle depending on how the light hit the cristal and then the ring. I think my next will be the T3000-2AJF.
Awesome Chris, love the Oceanus line, but also only recently discovered them. I think what I find so attractive about them is the level of finishing and the overall case shape
I really like the looks of the Oceanus. I recently purchased an Edifice. To be honest, if Casio offered a “basic”version of the Oceanus I would’ve purchased it instead. I’m not a fan of all of the “whiz-bang” technology included in the Oceanus. Kind of ruins the romanticism involved with watch collecting for me personally. However, thanks for the video!
Dimensions might be a little big for my 6.5” wrist, but if I win, I’m sure I’ll make it work! Green sapphire gives me Milgauss-esque vibes…diggin’ it! Hope I can make the livestream despite working over the weekend!
It’s a real shame that this series is JDM only, I like the original version but this one is an obvious upgrade to the 100 series. These watches are truly a one and done, go anywhere do anything watch! Great review as always, keep up the great work!!!!

JUST GOT ONE of these from my wife for Valentines Day. Love it & love her for ordering it for me all the way from Japan.

I’m in a similar boat but with the dark blue dial! I love my Gulfman, but this may end up being my “other” daily option

Take a look at the S100, it’s a bit smaller and at least as nice.
This watch is amazing. It is one of my grails watches, in fact. An affordable one too. Just have not pulled the trigger, lol. Thanks for having it on your channel Chris!

wow I like the design but the date window not so great
Perpetual calendar is programmed in the watch without reference to Bluetooth or Multiband 6.
I like how it links to your phone and always keeps time accurate. I did not know watches were made in such a way besides the smart watches.
Casio continues to amaze me with the quality of their watches for the price point. Truly a beautiful watch. Keep up great work!
Casio is a beast, they make basic and ultra fine watches full of technology. Wow and that dial is awesome.
I enjoy Quartz where the seconds and minute hands align to the markers. Very nice to see.
Gotta say, the dial looks amazing. Hope I can win this giveaway 😊🤞

Love the tint to the crystal - and that case....wow
Very good option for an affordable everyday watch, great specs and finishing ! 😎

That Casio will be marvelous as a Christmas gift to my son. I love the lume.
Amazing watch for the money. I love the green dial, radio control and solar power.
I quite like.the watch, but it seems like the buckle brings the whole thing down.

I like that it's a grab-n-go watch. I do wish it was a tad smaller.

Glad to see a video in this watch seems like Casio is not considered a top line product , Oceanus are changing folks minds each and every day !
Lovely design. I find the brushing VERY fine. I agree that it punches above its weight.
This has a lot to offer for the price. Lume is much better than expected considering it was hard to see while you were showing it during bright lighting.
this would be a great watch when i travel to India and Singapore and i just would never need to worry about setting anything!
The watch looks stunning. Not really a gmt function though since you cant see multiple timezones. The connectivity is a nice feature nontheless.
I just love the Casio Oceanus models. The solar powered with Bluetooth capability is an old technology. Yet, this is not a cheap Casio for sure. Overall, this is a very good n accurate watch.

Excellent finishing on these Oceanus. The dial colour is also really deep and classy.
Nice Casio watch. Have only 1 casio, an A168, so this will be good to the collection. Thanks for the generosity and keep these kinds of videos coming, very interesting and helpful.
Beautiful watch. Thank you for the opportunity to win one!
I'm not sure I'd be able to set it up & use it I'm still impressed with color TV
Hi Chris, thanks for yet another beautiful and informative video. I think Casio has shown other brands that it is a brand to take seriously.
Solar, floating indices, the finishing on this Oceanus are top notch. I believe Casio should release more models in this line.
I love the green color scheme on this watch.
I like it because of the finishing of course and sized pretty dang good. Everyone needs a quartz and solar is the best kind for me.
This is the watch that I want the most. I fell in love with this watch as soo. As I first saw it. My grail
Great combo - solar, radio controlled, Bluetooth!!
Looks like a perfect, every day, grab and go watch.
Beautiful watch! Thanks for showing it all its glory.
Great looking watch, but what is the huge button for?
Love that casio aims higher and higher with their new gshock and oceanus models. 😊

Love pop of color, and that green crystal is quite unique. Never seen or heard of something like that before.
I dig it.. The finishing is good but the color way is fantastic! Wow.
Like the value and functionality with this Casio.
I love the functionality of the watch. I’ve never seen a tinted crystal before- very interesting!
Beautiful dial finish and lume whith a gmt capability!!!
This is a great watch,I have the blue dial version, the finishing is awesome, one of the best I have seen.
They are not Grand Seiko level as some think, but they are an incredible bit of kit for the money!
It looks like the second's hand is hitting the markers spot on, right?
so, it has a perpetual calendar because of its bluetooth or is it an actual perpetual calendar without any bluetooth update?
It's nice to see all the cool complications that can be accomplished on a smaller budget on an analog quartz watch
Beautiful subtle green theme, definitely unique design
Very nice and looks like the second hand hits all the minute marks.
Love the green crystal :O thanks for the opportunity Chris!
A ticking seconds hand always synchronized with the atomic time is better though.
Really nice watch I like the way it looks and lumes only thing I think I do t like is the Bluetooth. Thanks for showing looking forward to ur stream on WN
One of the few quartz watches I'd consider...also don't have a green dial yet in my collection
Have been eying this watch for a while. Prefer the blue dial but the green looks great too. Hope I'll win this
Fantastic giveaway, just in time for the holidays. Thank you Chris.
I'm not normally into green dial watches, but this one is excellent. Very well done.
I like the color on the watch very much and I would like a very exact all-rounder such as this one. Very nice watch, love it
The green ring effect on the crystal is beautiful. Nice size even though I would preferred a 40. Still, I like it. Great watch.
A pity about the clasp. But a really nice-looking watch!
This or the blue dial will be my next watch purchase. Casio crushes it
Always surprised by the quality level of the Oceanus watches.
I've bought the OCW-S100 because of the titanium case, it's a wonderfull watch, I definetly love the colored ring they put next to the chapter ring, it give interesting reflections angle depending on how the light hit the cristal and then the ring.
I think my next will be the T3000-2AJF.
i am in love with this watch for some time!
That disk is amazing. Grab and go, gotta love Casio
Ii love accianus in blue but green is not a bad choice..
In love with this particular model. Thinking of picking one up in the new year. Hopefully it won’t go up in price
Clean face, easy to read, classy look and good tech. A must have.
I had my eyes on this watch for a lomg time.
Great review
Damn, this throws a wrench in my Tissot PRX plan....
As you well know, Jody is a long-time Casio fan. I think they should have a direct US retail portal with video demos, downloadable manuals, etc.
I like all the features of this watch!
Love this watch. Would love to add it to my collection.
This is such a good watch. I have seen several YT videos on it.
Awesome Chris, love the Oceanus line, but also only recently discovered them. I think what I find so attractive about them is the level of finishing and the overall case shape
Love the Casio Oceanus!!! been tempted to either get the Blue or Green
I love these OCW models. I've got the S100B and it's a great piece!
I love the finish on this piece!
A great watch for any collection !!, Casio has something for everyone even the snobs !
What an absolute stunner! One of the most beautiful and practical watches Ive ever seen. atb Kev
Great looking watch. Love the green. Lots of cool features. Make a awesome dress watch. Thxs for the giveaway opportunity Chris
The finishing is really nice at this price point
@watchchris do you still have this watch? I am interested in buying
Great value watch. And it's green!
Dimensions might be a little big for my 6.5” wrist, but if I win, I’m sure I’ll make it work! Green sapphire gives me Milgauss-esque vibes…diggin’ it! Hope I can make the livestream despite working over the weekend!
Casio really can make stunning watches.

Pretty watch! Love the Manta colorway one too.
Such a great watch! I never knew Casio made this Oceanus line. After this video, I’m in love! I need one of these for sure! ❤
such a clean looking watch. looks simple, i like
That Montblanc GMT is gorgeous too sheesh!!!!
