THIS GAG order is to prevent Trump from speaking about 1. His daughter that works for the DNC committee, 2. Trump ISN'T allowed to debate or defend himself to the public, 3. The Judges knows that he has the right to defend himself against ANY allegations against him in public, 4. As you well know, it's his constitutional right to criticize any and all elected officials during the course of their elected duties, 5. A gag order is to prevent certain bits of information that could be used in a trail of public opinion.

A judges ruling that he has violated a gag order is technically a legitimate reason for revocation of his release from custody pending trial in all cases against him.
It constitutes a violation of the conditions of release.
Will any of the judges take the opportunity to confine him until conclusion of those trials? No. So it is a none issue and irrelevant media talking point. May as well bicker about why checkers are red and black or chess pieces are black and white.

The criminal justice system is different from the civil system. It has components that don't nexist in civil court.
Mainly it is designed to contain and control prisoners and to move them from lock down to court safely. The criminal justice system does this every single day.

This isn't about what a president can do on his own, it's about what his Council tells him he can or can't do. So, the question is, what resource is the council using to form their opinion?
