This week I’m chatting about how things have been since the death of Anna Maree .
I share a recipe for a diabetic quiche.

Quiche
I cup of oats processed to small pieces
1 packet of mixed coleslaw
Silver beet celery and parsley
6 / 7 eggs depending on size.
Tomato
Salt and pepper
Seasoning
Cheese slices or 1 cup of shredded any kind.
Method
I mix everything in my Thermomix but a good processor will work too.
Cook at 180 c for 50 min then add the cheese and turn the oven off.

It’s wonderful to see a longer video from you. Sorry to hear about your husband’s hand and all his going though, also the need to cut his wedding ring off! I would be devastated! Hello, kind sir Brad! I’m sorry to hear that you diabetic as well. We really do get the short end of the stick don’t we when it comes to food.
Bert likes my quiche and will eat it occasionally, especially if I put bacon in it however I don’t put bacon in it as it doesn’t have any protein well not enough anyway. It’s just very salty.
Yes, he was devastated to cut the wedding ring off . He sees the specialist tomorrow 8 October. This will decide how long we have to wait for the surgery.
Thermo mixes are fantastic. I could not manage without my thermos ❤️ it really makes all the difference to my health. Lots of love from beautiful Ballarat darling. I’ve given Lucy the pets and she’s given me a look like all that was nice so thank you very much. God bless darling.😘❤️🥰

That was really lovely to have you for a longer chat today, Tammy. I do hope that you are having more good days than bad - but all you can do is continue to be kind and gentle with yourself. It was interesting to hear about your knitting woes and to see your special quiche! Sorry to hear that Burt is suffering so much with his hand and hope that surgery will be successful. Hello dear Helen thank you so much. I know how busy you are. I’m glad you liked the video. I do prefer to do the longer ones. I’m going to be scaling my shorts back now. I’m trying hard to see the positive every day. I try to be happy and I am happy, all my beautiful people make me happy. I’m so lucky to have You Tube sorry to hear you’re not well and I hope that you’re back finishing your new little knitted friend very very soon.

Hi Tammy! I just love your Millie pillow! Such horrible news about Berts hands. I hope surgery is soon 🙏🤞. I took Vayla to the dog park and for the first time I let her off her leash and let her run and play with the other little dogs. She had so much fun. Her being a rescue I just wanted to be super sure. It went really good. I hope your struggles with the loss of Anna Maree get a little easier in time. 🙏
Hello Julie darling, how wonderful that Bailey gets on with other puppy dogs. I do not trust Lucy for two seconds. That’s why I always have the doggy pram if I see another doggy I throw her in it.😂
I had Millie’s pillow made when she passed away. Probably sounds gruesome but I actually have Her ashes in there in a velvet pouch. I’m probably nuts but I can’t help her often. Thanks Julie. 😘😘❤️
@@tammyintiaras I remember Tammy! I think however you get comfort is not gruesome, it's survival. Get one of Anna Maree if it helps. I am all in! Lucy is such a Lucinator! 🤣
