I started building models in the 60’s as a kid. Over the years I’ve built wooden ship models and lots of RC airplanes and helicopters. Got away from it for several years and had a career and raised kids. Recently decided to get back into plastic models in retirement and I am shocked over the improvements to the hobby. Super glue, acrylic paint, quality airbrushes and kit quality along with many other advancements are mind boggling. And then- UA-cam and other sites that allow for reviews and exchange of ideas is just incredible. To conclude- Andy’s is such an exceptional site…entertainment and informative. Really good job. Retirement isn’t too bad!!!
Excellent, I wondered what happened to the original ending... Although I did find the audio seemed to cut out on this release several times near the last 5 or 10 minutes 27:59 to 28:40 is a good example
Mate I am the master of mysteriously always losing bits in every manner conceivable in the known universe I still love it though… but if only I could have the time back needlessly endlessly searching…. Mate my dog ate a little roller wheel from 1/35 Karl morser which instantly killed the momentum on that project 👍🫡🧐
I still don't get why many modelers don't paint the road wheels first and then put them on last...there is no way i could paint the tires on the road wheels after gluing them on the model.
There might be a version of this kit with the interior. Sprues are designed to be as universal as possible and fit many different versions of the kit that will be released over the several years.

It's a Tamiya, it builds itself, lol. Great job Andy
Excellent Andy, well worth going back and watching to the (real) end!

Great build video!
Nice back to building
looks great
The musical interlude is a good touch. Too many providers are soooooo talkey. ☺
Video fixed but audio still has drop outs!
That carpet monster is an insatiable little beastie, isn't it, Andy? I know He's eaten plenty of my model parts over the years! 👹
Audio seems to be cutting in an out starting at around 21:30 .
So I did not hallucinated this video :)

audio is still missing in a lot of video
I found it strange to have to glue in those parts on the top hull. There seems not to be an interior. Could have molded those in as 1 part??

👍👍
The missing part is always in the last place you look. 😂
