Can we use cerium oxide on an existing aquarium glass, without dismantling the aquarium ? Will it damage the silicone joints if they come in contact?

dude you make big big fail with bottom, you have a ticking time bomb. NEVER NEVER side glass go on bottom panel.
There is no problem think the physics of the set up either design is good.
