@@candomath5429 In the seated spinal twist you press your arm into your knee to squeeze as much rotation as possible. Side lying twists stays in a safe range.
Leg raises, Glute Kick Back, Glute hip thrust, all these give me low back pain, I have long legs and a short torso, does this body structure have an affect on body mechanics and certain exercises please?

How is the seated spinal twist different from the side-lying twist? Aren't they basically the same movement? Thanks for this super enlightening video.
