What I wish I knew about working out onboard…

  • When I started in yachting I was a workoutaholic. It kept me fit and was a big part of my mental health as well. Little did I know, the weights I used would rust, and there wasn’t space for all my equipment.
    Now I have figured out the best way to workout on the water. From deck squats to morning yoga to full workouts, there are always options, but my personal favorite are these @klinkfitness weights!
    They’re adjustable so you can click in a variety of weight sizes and they are made of stainless steel so they don’t corrode in any environment. They don’t take up a lot of space, but they do the work of larger weights, and they’re pretty - they make me WANT to workout.
