In all honesty I really think shockwave shouldn't have died in the third and he should have returned as a second antagonist in the fourth and his whole plan would be to recreate the decepticon army and revive Megatron into Galvatron like he worked with Lockdown to hunt down autobots while also helping Lockdown capture Optimus

Theory: When Lockdown extracts an Autobot's spark, he gives it to KSI. KSI used the sparks for their drones but they didn't realize that sparks gave Transformers personality, and that sparks would do the same for the drones

I have a perfect theory how galvatron became Megatron. Sometime after Optimus prime went into space, Megatron got a transmission from quintessa. She told him to return to Cybertron. With Optimus prime being frozen in space, Megatron was able to get to Cybertron without any conflict.once he got there when Tessa gave him his new orders and a new body and renamed him Megatron once again.
And by giving Megatron a new body quintessa owe him so he had to follow her orders for the time being and megatron is a former gladiator so he is basically a honorable warrior so he do everything to repay him

Another theory as to why Stinger looks so much like bumblebee could be Ratchet. As the Autobot medic, he’s bound to know some of bee’s schematics. And we know they had his head, and considering the fact that they were melting it down, they probably already extracted data from it
4:15 He needs more transformium not because he's "blowing it," but because KSI is making a lot of prototypes and needs more to fit the demands of the contract. Judging from how big the prototypes (especially Boss and Two-Heads) are, you'd need quite a bit just to make one, let alone dozens or hundreds, as they were planning to do.

You know, transformium being a thing really messes up one detail that one ever picks up on: Bumblebee's voice box still being broken.
Optimus had more holes in him than a piece of cheese after Lockdown almost killed him and he was all good after he scanned a new alt mode. How did he heal? Scanning forced a reconfiguration of the transformium, rebuilding him, so why didn't Bee get his voice back after doing the same thing more times than any other Transformer?

Well, the voice box probably was repaired, but the data that contained his voice was gone, so even with a repaired voice box, it probably won't come out as intended, instead being bumblebee's beeps and wines

Guess that makes Megatron/Galvatron the real main villian of Transformers Age of Extinction as he was using Cementary Wind and Lockdown to his advantage along with manipulating Joyce into creating the drones. Megatron planed all this as he's aware Lockdown hunting Optimus for his (Megatron and Optimus) Creators.
Joshua joyce was gonna come back in tlk, and in the early production of tf5, ksi was gonna create aerialbots

I think Knock Out was like Megatron where he was a Decepticon killed in the battle of Chicago but he survived as merely a shell of his former self.
KSI would have been a very interesting opponent for the Autobots to face. A Decepticon force with the approval of humanity. They touched on this in AOE but imagine if they went all in on this concept.
I love the idea that Joyce helped out Yeager and I’d like to think they became good friends after AoE
it’s also a better explanation to how Cade and the Autobots would end up in that junkyard even after they were going to get help of some sort
I have a theory about 2 heads. Remember when in the film AoE, KSI said that they got information from megatron and unknown head we dont see and I think shockwave could have been the other head and kind of did what megatron did. Build him a new body idk it's just a theory I thought about

The idea that the KSI Drones awakened via energon mutation makes a disturbing amount of sense. Even the visual effects match up. It also explains how they gradually reformatted themselves into new designs.
And now some pedantic semantics from a TFWiki lurker:
* CNA (Cyber-Nano Algorithms or Cyber Nucleic Acid, depending on the continuity) is probably a more apt term for Megatron's genome than DNA, as KSI is working with what is effectively claytonics produced using raw cyber-matter.
* The term "linkage" has already been used for a various concepts related to Unicron Trilogy Minicons, so that might be confusing.

My issue with this theory honestly has to do with KSI continuing after AOE, mostly cause with how cynical the Bayformers universe is. I think the government would have made KSI take the fall while quietly seizing it's assets for themselves.
I don't dislike your theory, I just think mine fits the Bayformers ethos.

I believe that In the tf3 tie in comic, it was mentioned that the driller was a wild creature on Cybertron, an underground beast that even the Decepticons hated. Shockwave Tamed Driller, and kept it. So Driller is still cybertronian, just not a transformer. Basically, it’s how a dog is an earthling, but not a human.
If megatron move to new body galvatron, what about shockwave and he lost his eye fighting with prime then flying bugs download his memory move to three body of two head shockwave.

Man, you had a lot of info to share this time, though I was late to this video when it was uploaded. As usual, you bring some interesting things to light that possibly even hardcore TF fans never thought of. Heck, bringing to light those 4 unidentified KSI drones and giving them bios? That's something that I can only dream of doing. Also, great to hear that the Buckethead name is starting to get recognized for the Constructicon. I kinda figured myself that the Galvatron body kept looking like Megatron because of his chromosomes.
On a side note, during all the times that I've watched Age of Extinction, I never noticed the Rainbow Dash plushie being in the movie, but then I noticed it when I rewatched the movie a while ago. And I think that might've had to do with the fact that back then, I didn't know of Friendship is Magic's existence. And even if I did, I would have just ignored it as, to put it in my words "It was just a show for little girls. A guy watching a girl's cartoon doesn't sound right". I wasn't even aware of the brony community. But, then a few years ago, I watched a review of an episode from the show, and everything changed from there. Now, when I see the plushie, I just laugh at it. But not exactly in a mean way.

in the early production of tf4 soundblaster was gonna replace soundwave, wingthing was gonna replace ratbat (if he appeared in dotm), gilt was gonna replace ravage, buzzsaw was gonna replace laserbeak, shockblast was gonna replace shockwave, slipstream was gonna be the new air commander after starscream's death

I’m confused,how is Megatron still alive if he doesn’t have his spark and why does his head look like his ROTF color scheme?

He’s dead, but not brain dead, he can still think, but there is virtually nothing he can do, also, Prime ripped out his spinal cord, so it’s possible that the spark was caught up in all of those wires and parts, not too likely though, but still. Also, it seems that Megs had small Insecticons in his brain, perhaps those, or a rogue scalpel bot, were slightly keeping him alive, just enough to form conscious thoughts, and hack KSI
When he said Soundwave was connected to a satelite, i imagined his G1 self with his hand plugged up.
