I'm in the same boat, hence the reason why I am up at 3:38am trying to learn about this before my 9am interview! Lol. Come to find out, I was creating my own pivot tables as a Data Subject Matter Expert for AT&T in order to track and forecast Data sales by each dept, but I had no idea that was the name of my graphs...and certainly not to the extent of the video. Thank you. Each one teach one.

Wow! Kevin ... that was a great tutorial. I have never used a pivot table, nor have I even thought about one before beginning my research on how to create my own CRM tool in Excel. I had a phone interview and they asked me about pivot tables. I simply said that I didn't not use them on a daily basis for my job. I am not familiar at all. Whenever I try to add 'Average value of cost' in value field settings, it shows 'averages, standard deviations, and variances are not supported when a pivot table report has calculated items' 7:34
