Sometimes you get lucky & see the obvious fault & sometimes it's takes longer to diagnose, but intermittent faults should be troubleshooted by using the process of elimination. Don't overcomplicate it

First off Lennox just sucks. Second that Air handlers needs proper decking under it with the correct size drain pan. You give a quote for that?

Lennox are weird with the subcooling sometimes like it's lower. I've had low superheat with the subcooling only at like 3-4 but the system is running fine.
